Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.

I thought they did a great job. The equipment that they installed was top quality and the plumbers who did the work were courteous, respectful of my home and knowledgeable. This year, I had a plumbing inspection by a third party who informed me that due to code, I needed an expansion tank for the heater. I called Mr. Rooter to inquire and they sent the original plumber to inspect. They agreed to install the tank at no cost to me other than for the tank and pipe, which I did not purchase the first time. Very fair indeed and they were extremely courteous during the discussion we had. I would recommend Mr. Rooter of Richmond.

Our emergency/auxillary heat would run constantly and the system was not heating the house…read moreproperly. Most of the time the vents were just blowing cold/warm (rather than hot) air. We had Universal come out to look at it and perform the repairs. They replaced the compressor and a belt in the outside unit. They did an excellent job and all the work was completed in one day. Since the repairs, our electric bills have dropped by about 35%. I wish I had called them sooner! Universal is an excellent company. They do quality work and reasonable prices. I would definitely hire them again for any HVAC needs and would ABSOLUTELY recommend them without hestitation!!!
