Last week Nick came out to my house to do my Bi--annual service on both of my heating and A/C systems. I've had many techs come out to my house over the years but Nick was one of most professional and knowledgeable techs I have seen. Extremely friendly, knew what he was doing and took the time to explain things where it made sense. I was actually going to go with another company for my next years annual contract but after meeting Nick and watching him go about his job, I'm staying with White Glove. You might find a few companies cheaper than White Glove but by sticking with them, I know I'm getting my monies worth. Thanks Nick for your professionalism and your work ethic. I wish there were more guys like you out there. read more

Right on time. Polite and friendly. Fully explained the situation and the solution, presented the price, did the work, and was gone. This has got to be as good as it gets in plumbing service, and I'm certainly going to hold onto that number. Highly recommended. read more

Absolutely flawless service. Great response to the Yelp "Get a quote." Great follow up communication to schedule once I said to book the job. Called before arriving and arrived on time, and took care not to track mud in. As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs. read more

These guys are the best. Arrived on time. Their team was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

White Glove Plumbing is an excellent choice for competent, honest, and skilled plumbing and HVAC repair and maintenance. Polite and responsive office staff complete their overall excellence! They installed a filtration and softening system for my home. Rob is a knowledgeable and experienced plumber. I highly recommend Rob and White Glove Plumbing but rest assured, no matter who you might have as your plumber- i have little doubt they will lack the necessary experience and knowledge to fix/install or create a solution to your problem! read more

Second time hiring. They always do a good job and it seems like I am not getting ripped off every time I hire them

Superb service and work ethic ALWAYS with White Glove. They handle both plumbing and electrical at our home. I always feel that I am in great hands with these people. And very glad that we bought their Gold Plan which has paid for itself in a few months. Travis who installed our awesome new HVAC system last week is typical of their employees-super great work ethic and attitude and always great product. I would not work with anyone else but these guys. HIGHLY recommended. Andrew Wilder read more

Had a problem with hot water in the house. Had 3 other plumbing companies come out that wanted to do extensive pipe work. Rob from White Glove diagnosed the problem immediately and after getting the right mixing valve part, everything works perfectly and only paid for his time to remove and install the new part. Rob had a great attitude and showed up on time. Can't ask for more!! read more

White Glove is the most professional HVAC/Plumbing company in the Midlothian area. I have used them for many installations and repairs. When my son asked who should he use for a Heat Pump installation, the answer was White Glove! We recommend WG to all of our friends. Service, great techs, value and reliability. They go the extra mile! Can't go wrong, you'll never regret it. read more

Efficient and great company to work with. Thank you White Glove Plumbing. Will be using again.

3rd time hiring. Still great service and pricing. Jim is great guy to come out too. Really knows what he's doing.

Explained the issues with the water heater and corrected the issues quickly and at a fair price.

Great company! Quick response and quality work! Technicians were able to come out within a couple days and diagnosed and repaired the problem. Will definitely use in the future! read more

Nick was an excellent technician. He called prior to arriving and even arrived prior to the scheduled window. He kindly explained everything as he went along and provided sound recommendations. Thankfully he got our air conditioning unit working and helped me setup the thermostat app. Excellent customer service and timely service. I'd highly recommend Nick! read more

One of the zones in our house didn't have any AC. I called mid-day on a Monday and was greeted in a very professional manner. I explained the issue and was able to schedule a service call for Wednesday of the same week. I was impressed with the turn around time and the flexibility in the schedule. On Wednesday, the technician called around 1:00 pm (my appointment was originally scheduled for 2:00-4:00) and said he could get to my house early if I was home. The technician was prompt, professional, and very friendly! He quickly figured out that one of the zone motors in my AC needed to be replaced. After just a few minutes, he let me know he could get the part that same day if I wanted him to do the work. This company was very up front about pricing and made sure I was aware of what was needed every step of the way. I was relieved not only to have a fully functioning AC right before the heat wave, but the price was very fair. I hope I don't need an AC repair any time soon - but if I do I know exactly which company I'm calling!! I've also shared this company with two of my friends who also needed AC maintenance. read more

I bookmarked this business due to a recommendation from someone else and I'm glad I did! My upstairs shower was leaking through the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. I messaged the owner on Yelp and someone was able to come out within a day or 2 for a very reasonable price. They came out and ended up having to order a part which I was quoted also a good price. I was able to figure out the source of the leak myself after the ceiling was opened and no longer needed the part and they were excellent. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future! read more

Wow. Super responsive! Amazing communications. This was our first time using White Glove Plumbing and it was a great experience. We normally use Bradley Mechanical (even have a service agreement with them) and we had them out to provide a free estimate/quote for a water heater replacement. I emailed BM with some questions about the estimate (brand of heater, warranty, capacity, etc.) and they never responded. We thought their price may be a little high so we shopped around some. Woodfin wanted to charge $$ to send someone out to provide an estimate. James River Air also wanted to charge $$ to send someone out to provide an estimate. White Glove Plumbing worked with me. Rich offered to send someone out to look at the heater and provided an estimate. I declined and instead emailed him a handful of pictures, a description, and my concerns. He continued to exchanges messages through Yelp for a couple of weeks. Rich was able to provide an estimate and presented me with options and prices for those options, one of which was me providing the water heater and only having WGP perform the install. That last option is what I elected for. I provided the water heater and they furnished everything else for the quoted price. Their quoted prices were not high. They were competitive (and even a few hundred dollars cheaper than Bradley Mechanical). They arrived on time and began working immediately. Jim, the plumber, was great. He answered all my questions, worked with me to install the water heater *exactly* where and how I wanted, and even talked me through how to perform proper annual maintenance. There was no sales pitch or attempt to upsell. On the contrary, Jim was comfortable with my choice to 'downgrade' part of the install. Jim in a nutshell: professional, efficient, patient, polite, respectful of my requests. Excellent work. After this experience, I need to reevaluate who I will go with for my next service contract, BM or WGP. read more

TLDR; White Glove gave me so much more than relief from the heat today and I immediately signed up for their maintenance program. Background: my AC had been dysfunctional for 2 weeks. I went through 3 other companies to get assessments/quotes before finding White Glove. 1st company looked at my unit and said nothing was wrong (I slept in 82 degree heat that night, so obviously the assessment was incorrect). 2nd company actually hooked up some kind of measurement system to the outdoor unit and said it was "freezing up" but will be fine if I just TURN IT OFF when the fan started going haywire (ah yes, I'll just not have air at all when it gets too hot outside for me to run the system below 80 degrees...). But suggested if that didn't work maybe it was a $1000 valve thing. Their sales person who came out the day after the tech said "oh it's not a valve thing, it's likely the coil" without even touching or looking at the unit. The 3rd company simply gave me a replacement quote. Enter: Nick from White Glove. He hooked up a more complex looking measurement system and proceeded to explain to me what the numbers I saw meant in correlation to the recommended operation numbers on the unit label. He even gave me a quick technical (and easy to understand) explanation of how an HVAC system actually works. The issue was too much refrigerant due from some kind of repair before I purchased this home!! (the pressure was maxing at 550psi which was triggering the emergency fan shutoff so my unit didn't explode. btw the 2nd company I mentioned above were the ones who installed the system for the previous home owner and likely did the repair ‍) Nick drained some refrigerant and showed me how it was causing the numbers to stabilize to the recommended amounts. Then he stayed for like 20 minutes longer to make sure the pressure remained stable and to make sure my house actually cooled AND checked all the temperatures manually to make sure the thermostat number matched. Nick's repair plus the visit fee cost me LESS than an assessment fee alone from any of the other companies. Not only was Nick incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he saved me thousands of dollars and another miserable night in the heat. The only way I'll ever stop hiring White Glove for any HVAC or plumbing is if I leave Virginia altogether. Highly, highly recommend this company. read more

It is May 21, 2022. My AC failed and the company that installed it less than a year ago could not send anyone. I called White Glove having been pleased with previous plumbing work. They had a HVAC technician at my house within 45 minutes. He discovered multiple installation errors committed by the company that put the system in (AC and Furnace both not wired correctly to thermostat, duct to new filter housing not properly sized.) AND he was able to show and explain them to me clearly. That's two 5 star experiences now from White Glove! read more

Robert helped me fix the valves under the sink and also replace the hot water heater. This man is a ninja. His workmanship is unparalleled. Knows his shit and does not cut corners or time. Within the time frame he was at my house, I learned history, plumbing systems, innovative plumbing products that just came out, the mechanics of water fountains, victorian water tanks and gas btu's. This guy is a gem. If you meet someone who is so knowledgable and passionate about his work, you know you have struck gold. Prices are reasonable. read more

White Glove Plumbing has been nothing short of remarkable. We initially started this project with one of the "bigger" companies. After an expensive initial appointment we spent weeks trying to get in touch with someone to get a quote together to have work done. When this proved fruitless we decided to contact another company through Yelp. So glad we found White Glove Plumbing. They responded quickly and had someone out within a couple days. Jim finished the first part of the job quickly and advised us how we could proceed with the second part. We received a quote within hours and just had to wait for parts to come in. Once they did we were scheduled within a day and now have our new fixtures installed and working great! Jim did a fantastic job and I will not hesitate to choose them for any plumbing needs in the future! read more

This was a broken drainpipe from the wall but you could not just unscrew it. The technician stuck with it and removed it from the wall by sawing it out. The alternative was to break through an adjacent room's wall. With the pipe removed, a new drain was assembled in no time. Great work. read more

Satisfied with the professionalism and follow up after my HVAC installation. Thank you for providing great service!

Great service, and affordable pricing, straight to the point and no bs. Will be hiring again and definitely recommend.

Charges large "dispatch fee" to give appraisal...... Probably higher than the cost of the repair. I don't know the quality of the work but if they come and the quote is too high you will still owe almost 100.00. Don't call them for small repairs. I don't mind paying for the repair but I don't like risking paying for nothing. read more

Used White Glove Plumbing again today and it was another great experience. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes and it cost me $150 to have our toilet unclogged. That seems astronomical to me, but I used Request A Quote and it was right around the price as all of the other businesses that responded to my message. I think I need to rethink my career choices! Maybe I should be a plumber, no? Anyway, having something break in your house is not ideal, but White Glove is prompt, communicative, available, and convenient. love that i was able to pay via card on their tablet. Easy peasy. read more
