When we had a slight problem with it, they showed up the same day to correct it. I then discovered that I could not fill the tub with hot water. I called Triangle, and they came out and determined that our water heater was shot. They told me they were installing a "commercial" water heater called "State." "State" water heaters are not the best. The previous statement is incorrect. State water heaters have many good reviews, too. No, we were not overcharged! After the first installation, there was still too little hot water. I was disappointed and hurt because I trusted them. They have now demonstrated that they are extremely trustworthy. They returned and installed a new water heater, and I have had an amazing shower and a more amazing bath in my Kohler walk-in. I return all the following words and apologize to the owners and plumbers. They have our business for life.
