Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

Tyler was great! He accommodated some specific requests of mine, took pictures of the issue, walked me through the process, and repaired it within 24 hours. The cost of the repair seemed high, but given the circumstances, I could not obtain other quotes so I have to assume it was fair. Only the shower pan fit. 3) I still need to find someone to finish the walls. 4) The icing on the cake of my bad experience was that they made some long scratches on my hardwood floor, yet are refusing to take responsibility for it because there were already some older scratches. They are totally disregarding the evalution that my flooring guy gave and continue to focus on the older scratches and say that they cannot take responsibility for them because there were already older scratches... they used no flooring protection, not even a drop cloth or paper, yet they take no responsibility for the damage. 5) No professional personel. I was sworn at by the technicians when I showed them the damage of the floor. When I called the office to report the damage, they said that they would send their flooring guy to evaluate it, but the "customer service representative" came to take some pictures but mainly came to pressure me into paying instead.
