We'd already seen etching damage in the toilets and a water heater had failed. Brian came out and tested the water, then recommended a system that would take care of all of the problems and be very low maintenance. They were able to fit the system in our crawl space, which was a major relief to me. I didn't want all of the extra equipment and plumbing on the main floor. We've had the system two years now, and Brian just completed annual service on it again. Everything has performed flawlessly and we enjoy clean, soft, safe water throughout the home. He continues to ignore it, even after replying to the said email, threatening my first admendment right to post MY honest opinion on his business and the services, or lack there of, that he is providing. * The "email" he provided below is the appointment that we told him we could not do. He scheduled it the very next day in which we could not make happen because he did not have the curtesey to give us more than a 24 hour notice! **He did not respond to my email requesting Feb 6th except to comment about my review, so instead of caring about my issue, he is worried about his "reputation" instead of confirming an appointment, and coming to fix their mistakes. I have sent 4 emails over the last 4 days asking him to simply confirm the appointment. I am beyond frustrated with the service I am receiving from Climate Mechanical. Cameron, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I reached out to him to address an issue with the unit he personally installed. When I tried to explain the problem, Cameron began gaslighting me, claiming that I had contacted another company for service, which supposedly voided the warranty. This was completely untrue--our only contact with another service provider was with the electric company, prior to reaching out to Cameron to assess their equipment. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, Cameron was dismissive and condescending, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for a customer. His response was rude beyond belief, and it's clear that he lacks basic customer service skills, not to mention common courtesy.
