    Absolutely flawless service. Great response to the Yelp "Get a quote." Great follow up…read morecommunication to schedule once I said to book the job. Called before arriving and arrived on time, and took care not to track mud in. As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

    Last week Nick came out to my house to do my Bi--annual service on both of my heating and A/C…read moresystems. I've had many techs come out to my house over the years but Nick was one of most professional and knowledgeable techs I have seen. Extremely friendly, knew what he was doing and took the time to explain things where it made sense. I was actually going to go with another company for my next years annual contract but after meeting Nick and watching him go about his job, I'm staying with White Glove. You might find a few companies cheaper than White Glove but by sticking with them, I know I'm getting my monies worth. Thanks Nick for your professionalism and your work ethic. I wish there were more guys like you out there.

UPDATE#1: 2/3/2025 - Owner still refuses to set an appointment with me regarding the issue with the system he installed. I have proof that he has not responded to my emails about setting an appointment. He continues to ignore it, even after replying to the said email, threatening my first admendment right to post MY honest opinion on his business and the services, or lack there of, that he is providing. * The "email" he provided below is the appointment that we told him we could not do. Why? He scheduled it the very next day in which we could not make happen because he did not have the curtesey to give us more than a 24 hour notice! **He did not respond to my email requesting Feb 6th except to comment about my review, so instead of caring about my issue, he is worried about his "reputation" instead of confirming an appointment, and coming to fix their mistakes. I have sent 4 emails over the last 4 days asking him to simply confirm the appointment. I am beyond frustrated with the service I am receiving from Climate Mechanical. Cameron, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I reached out to him to address an issue with the unit he personally installed. When I tried to explain the problem, Cameron began gaslighting me, claiming that I had contacted another company for service, which supposedly voided the warranty. This was completely untrue--our only contact with another service provider was with the electric company, prior to reaching out to Cameron to assess their equipment. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, Cameron was dismissive and condescending, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for a customer. His response was rude beyond belief, and it's clear that he lacks basic customer service skills, not to mention common courtesy. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company. The lack of accountability and poor attitude is unacceptable. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.
