These guys were recommended to me by a neighbor, and I'm so glad they were, because start-to-finish this is a pro outfit. Quick response, punctual, reasonable rates and quality work replumbing and installing new fixtures in our kitchen. Scott did an excellent job and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you! read more

I have never experienced such an unprofessional organization. They are unethical and liars. The work they performed was adequate but they quoted one job and then billed me exorbitant fees for two jobs that were not authorized. And then had the audacity to lie about it. They went further to say they needed to charge those fees because they "are not profitable and have to raise rates." Not surprising, but you cannot charge for work that was not quoted or authorized. read more

Because of the peculiarity of my house, 360 had a tough time installing new sinks and faucets - in no way their fault. Nevertheless, the guys that came were all uniformly cheerful and professional. Now I have a new go-to plumbing company. Not that I wanted one, but I know who to call with confidence. read more

360 Plumbing was so helpful and fast when we had an emergency flood (literally a flood as a water connection burst) at my office. They were quick with their communication and their response to being onsite to help us. We liked them so much when I had other issues (another leak) at the office, we called them again. They were courteous and on time. Would definitely use them again professionally and if I needed them in my home. read more

We had a pipe break and called 360 at 8am. By 830am, Scott had arrived and started to assess the damage. Within 15 minutes, he had located the source of the leak and started the repair process. He explained everything he was doing along the way, showing me the damaged pipe. He was able to replace the pipe and get the water turned back on before lunch. He was courteous, kind and very informative. The price was more than reasonable and will be calling him again for some other plumbing needs. Highly recommend this company. read more

Family recommendation. We used 360 to find a leak in the service line to our new house after the inspector noted a slow leak under the house. The tech found the leak and repaired it after going to get a clamp that was missing. The estimate and repair were very reasonable in price. We will be using them again. read more

Called to have backflow devices replaced on outdoor faucets. Called Wednesday afternoon, Shana arrived around noon Thursday and repaired devices within 10 minutes. Excellent service and professional appearance. Highly recommend 360 Plumbing! read more

They did decent work on the house. Everything go fixed. But the father son duo that came to our house reeked of smoke. I'm still trying to get the smell out and they were here less than 30 minutes. read more

Bob ( the owner of 360) and Scott found a way to make a challenging plumbing project work. I had a Jacuzzi tub that had little space to install a new faucet. Solder was not a good solution for most of the joints of the fixture assembly I picked, so they used PEX connectors to complete the the install. I am very pleased with the work, Bob's willingness to find a solution, and their can do attitude. If you have a complicated project you can be sure 360 will preserver and you will be happy with the result. I unhesitatingly recommend 360 plumbing Service! read more

Cut a hole in our ceiling under the 2nd floor shower even though I told him numerous times that it wasn't used it in over in over 24 hours and couldn't have caused the leaking pipe. The $178 diagnostic fee was absolutely insane, especially since he did not do anything more to check other possible causes!!! Now we have to hire another plumbing company to find the true cause and we also have to repair the entire living room ceiling. I used to respect the guy but he ruined that. read more

Nothing but good vibes. My wife is amazing at knowing good character and she really likes the staff and tradesmen with 360. Keith give you that pride of knowing the jobs done right, also walked me through the process and did exactly what was expected. Hard to find someone you can trust, 360 is amazing and literally goes the extra mile to do what's in the best interest of the costumer. Highly recommend, for all plumbing needs, water heater, gas lines, and a good conversation. read more

I'll keep this brief; they were on time, professional and the price came in within the range initially communicated. I would definitely use 360 again when I have a need. read more

It could have gone better. 360 Chesterfield were asked to survey our 23 year old master shower, as the heat and water pressure variability had gotten out of hand. They returned on November 8, 2021, to install a new shower valve, and cut an access panel for future use. All went seemingly well. The Technician, Jim, did not explain the variability of the new valve, the ability to adjust the pressure and removed every water pressure reducing measure within the multi-function shower head. In addition, he did not ask my wife to evaluate the flow of water, once all of this was accomplished. Upon leaving, my wife discovered the pressure from the shower head almost knocked her over while taking a shower. We placed a call back to 360 Plumbing and my wife spoke to "Bob". My wife's question to him was; "What can we do to reduce the water pressure?" Bob's response was; "I will check and get back with you and, if we have to come back, you will be charged." We have not heard a word since. It is now 11/24/21. Although 360's rating is high, and we had used them for other services, we will not use them going forward. While the quality of the work was good, the communications and dismissive inference when the work was questioned is not something to be tolerated. On to find another plumber. read more

I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY recommend 360 Plumbing. We found a leak around 7pm & had to shut our water off. As a family of 5 I'm sure you can imagine the inconvenience of this! After filling 5 gallon buckets of water to flush our toilets I called at least 5 places. 360 WAS THE ONLY company who answered that late AND said they could come the next day. They arrived on time & were extremely efficient & professional. Not only were they reliable, but their pricing was reasonable too. Thank you for saving us so quickly 360!!!! read more

Very friendly and thorough service. Reasonable prices and on time service. Technician came out and assessed the problem. Got the right part and scheduled the repair and was on time. I haven't had any more issues with the sprinkler system. read more

I'd give them a hundred stars if I could! I had a pipe leaking in my yard and didn't know what to do as I've only lived here a few months. I called them and they sent out a plumber (Jessie) within the hour. He knew what the problem was and explained to me that I was supposed to shut down my irrigation system for the winter and have the pipes flushed to keep the pipes from freezing and creating leaks. He stopped the water flow right away. Their prices are very reasonable and such great service. I am a customer for life! They are my plumbing company for all of my issues in my home. Do yourself a favor and call them. You will be glad you did! Thank you so much! read more

Shanan came and fixed our toilet and a leaky shower head. Once he diagnosed the problem, he drove out to get the parts he needed and returned promptly. He was friendly, quick, and did a very good job. We will be using 360 again. Thank you! read more

Holy #! Opened the utility closet door and water is everywhere! My husband turns off the valve, but the water continues to pour out of the hot water heater! What the heck? We were attempting everything we could think of to minimize this disaster, but to no avail. Luckily, I had 360's information close at hand, since we had just used them last month. Frantically called and they came right out. They gave us two options for repair and explained that one of them would save us quite a bit of money. Really, what a nice and honest approach. Not only did they rectify the problem, but they made it much safer for the future. 360 came to the rescue, just like a super hero! read more

Amazing! I had a leaky kitchen sink. He came out and reworked the entire pipe system. I should have used them when it was installed initially. read more

I thank my lucky stars that I picked 360 Plumbing Service from a number of other Plumbing companies in the tri-city area of Richmond that I researched and called. This will be my go to plumbing company and I highly recommend them. Bob the owner is efficient, trustworthy, reasonable with pricing and responds back in a timely manner. I could not have been more pleased with Devin who showed up as scheduled. He was very polite and professional. He replaced the original kitchen sink that was 18 years old. It was all rusted underneath the sink and he had quite a challenge getting it loose. Devin also fixed the garbage disposal that had stopped working years ago. I wanted it taken out because I did not think it could be fixed after sitting unused for so many year. He recommended that he first try to get it unjammed because it would cost me less than removing it and installing a connecting pipe. It was jammed so tightly that he had to remove it from under the sink. He also cleaned it up because it was nasty! I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable bill since he worked extra time to complete both jobs to his satisfaction and to mine as well. read more
