At no time did they mention what their service fee would be and when they arrived the plumber Joey said there is nothing he could do and charged me $85 for 5 minutes. This is great example of someone misleading and clearly taking advantage of a customer. Nuckols is less than 5 miles from my house and this a complete rip off and this post is to warn people to think twice before you call them. I will not use them again and this is let the public know how they do business.

Tyler was great! He accommodated some specific requests of mine, took pictures of the issue, walked me through the process, and repaired it within 24 hours. Tyler went above and beyond in his responsiveness during and even after his job; answering post-repair questions I had and providing me with information I needed to give the city. The cost of the repair seemed high, but given the circumstances, I could not obtain other quotes so I have to assume it was fair. Overall, I am pleased with the interactions I had with Tyler and the work he completed!

When I spoke with Christina, the owner of Plumbers "R" Us, over the phone, I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional she was throughout our interaction. She requested to speak with "the woman in charge," referring to my manager. I let her know that we would call back to reschedule and reported the interaction to my manager. Unfortunately, the behavior did not stop there. Christina later called our receptionist and spoke to her with the same rude and unprofessional attitude. At that point, my manager contacted her directly and informed her that, due to these interactions, we would no longer be moving forward with our contract with Plumbers "R" Us. Christina was also disrespectful during that conversation. Since then, she has continued contacting our office repeatedly and leaving multiple messages for our employees, despite being informed that we would no longer be using the company's services. The entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and extremely unprofessional. Based on the way multiple members of our staff were spoken to and treated, I would not recommend Plumbers "R" Us to anyone. Save yourself the unnecessary headache and look elsewhere for plumbing services.
