I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.

They agreed to install the tank at no cost to me other than for the tank and pipe, which I did not purchase the first time. I had clothes dryer ductwork cleaned (reasonable), not HVAC air ductwork, which they also do, plus they change out boots under vents in floor if you need that too. I would strongly caution anyone from using Blankenship Mechanical. The owner, Mark, not only lied to me about the cause of an HVAC issue but also attempted to shift the blame onto my family without conclusive evidence. The attached photo shows the service report where it states the issue was due to a faulty blower motor in the air handler. Despite this, Mark falsely claimed that the damage was due to a dirty filter, directly blaming my family for improper maintenance. To make matters worse, my landlord accidentally included their private conversation in our lease renewal, exposing Mark's dishonest behavior. This proves that he tried to throw my family under the bus and then denied doing so when confronted. Honesty and integrity are essential in this business, and Blankenship Mechanical has shown neither. I will not be using them again and advise others to avoid them at all costs. read more

Perhaps it was because I mentioned the $49 promotion that they offer on their website, that they didn't bother returning the call. Two weeks later on a Saturday, I contacted The Plumbing Officials who responded within 10 minutes and offered to do the job that day but I scheduled the job for Monday. That's how service is supposed to work. It's appears that the new company is only looking for volume and their work isn't what it used to be. To get a better idea, check out the reviews for FH Furr on yelp, It ain't pretty. Fun fact: FH Furr doesn't allow you to opt out of receiving ALL emails from them. Sure, you can stop the marketing emails, but they force you to select from a list of the ones you want. There's no "Leave Me Alone" option, so if you are a previous customer, you will continue to be contacted.
