As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? This year, I had a plumbing inspection by a third party who informed me that due to code, I needed an expansion tank for the heater. I called Mr. Rooter to inquire and they sent the original plumber to inspect. They agreed to install the tank at no cost to me other than for the tank and pipe, which I did not purchase the first time.
