Turns out there was an electrical issue that wasn't communicating with the thermostat. Brandon's as the tech who came out. Before entering our home he put shoe covers on so not to track in debris. Thankful they have 24/7 service with technicians on call after hours. It was $149 for him to come out and do a diagnostic, and he scheduled for a sales guy to come out the next day to talk numbers about installing a new heat pump and thermostat.
