She was apologetic for not delivering the gown I purchased back on Nov. 6, 2024. She did pay back my money and I am thankful she did. Cons include poor communication as in everytime I had to initiate conversation regarding my order status and refund. I never received my dress for my Dec. 15th event. I was assured three times I would have my dress in time. I was not made aware my dress had not arrived until I contacted the owner the day before the event. There were a lot of excuses given such as due to the weather the dress is stuck in a warehouse in Oklahoma. I called the postal services and weather stations of Oklahoma and all stated there was no weather that server to obstruct postal deliveries. I am not sure if that was a lie from her or from the warehouse she claim to have spoke to either way false information was given. Ms. Stanford initiated a refund request on December 14, 2024 and said I should have my refund back in 5 to 7 business days. When I reached out after the 7 business days my text was ignored. I sent a cashapp refund request it was also ignored then declined. However, I did receive the refund on January 17, 2025 that I had to drive an hour plus to retrieve. Neshanta did offer to send the refund via mail but I didn't want to run the risk of anything get lost. Again, thankful to have my money back. I hope this review will help the owner to improve her business communications, possibly find better vendors to get dresses from, and make future customers aware of what they may possibly face. Note to future customers never pay a business you don't know well via cash app because it will be a nightmare to get it back via disputes and from your bank.

I've been alerted that the review I submitted inadvertently show two stars. It is a FIVE STARS store for service, selection, and cleanliness. They even have fans in the large dressing rooms! It's a great place to pick up discounted, hardly worn, or never before worn, consignment clothing in women's plus sizes. They even have beautiful accessories. High end everything. Ferragamo, Kate Spade. Many Talbots clothes ( my personal favorite dependable). I highly recommend. They are open until 8pm most days.

The clothes are up with the style for the most part. I hate that plus size clothing has no style in so many locations. Torrid gets it and has things in style. I was able to find a few items. It made me happy finding stuff that fit and that I felt a little more confident in. The fitting rooms are a decent size as well and pretty well lit. Pricing can be a little much, but, join their rewards program and get those coupons and shop when deals are available.
