Well after watching her walk all of the aisle's in the store I go and see if she has made up here mind. As we where at the last shoe store in the mall. Maybe she was tired and ready to go because it was 8:30 pm & they close at 9 pm. I don't really know. Anyway, we looked at a few shoes & asked her to measure his foot. She didn't do a great job of that AT ALL. His toe was passed the 8.5 line & she told us to get a size 8.5 in every shoe we selected. Instead, I asked for 9.5 because he doesn't have the skinniest feet & she simply didn't know how to measure. She sighed and got the shoes. The kicker was she ONLY ALLOWED US TO TRY ON 1 SHOE AT A TIME!! Not one PAIR; 1 SHOE!! She literally handed us 1 shoe & stood there holding the box with the 2nd shoe hostage while hovering over us like we were going to steal the ONE SHOE we had in our hand. It was unbelievable. They didn't have much of a selection in the mens section, but we found something for him. I didn't want to give them a penny after that treatment, but my son was so excited for new shoes. I couldn't let him down. I will never go there again. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Only allowing people to try on 1 shoe is ridiculous. I have no clue what tux/suit size my boy is so I eagerly accepted the offer of assistance. Charles came over, we told him what we needed, and he immediately picked out a tux jacket, pants, and dress shirt. My son stepped in to a fitting room to try everything on. The shirt and jacket fit perfectly and the pants needed a little bit of alteration. He also brought over a beautiful bowtie to match my son's date's dress. All dressed up, my son looked SO FINE. Charles really knows what he is doing! I couldn't believe he took one look at my boy, assessed him, and picked out the clothes in the right size at first glance! We opted to purchase the tux, shirt, tie, and belt. There is plenty of fabric to account for additional growth of my boy. Alterations were completed swiftly (much faster than I expected), and we could not be happier. We were also very impressed with the pricing. Everything was reasonable and high quality. This experience is one for the books. We received such excellent customer service and Good Luck had a huge selection. I was afraid I'd be overwhelmed when I walked in, but Charles took over and professionally guided us to the right decisions. Other stores could really learn from Good Luck because that is how customer service should be everywhere. Kudos to Good Luck. They will continue to get my business for future menswear needs.
