While I was out shopping at a store next door, I felt compelled to peek in this TJM because I normally shop in the one by my house. And... just like always, I found something in there that I needed. It's hard not to find something to be honest. I love to run by there on a lazy Saturday and see what I can find in the home section in back, they always carry such cute and interesting home decor. I know that TJM and Marshall's are the same co pant basically but I do find stuff in one that the other doesn't carry sometimes. When I shopped at this location I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a "membership " to save so and so percent on my purchase I said ok. While the associate was asking my information I asked, this isn't a credit card right? He assured me it wasn't and I even told him if this is a credit card sign we need to stop right now. Low and behold he hands me a receipt showing I have x amount credit limit. I told him to stop the application but if it was canceled since it was already approved it would go against my credit score. I went in there yesterday and waited in a line for a little. When I got to the front I started to approach a lady (name tag said Leslie) who I smiled at and who had her checkout light on. When I started walking up to her she immediately put her hand up and shooed me away and said no I'm checking out this employee. I guess the light being on doesn't mean open anymore. She was so rude in the way she spoke to me even the other cashiers made a face at her. I don't understand how a manager can shoo someone away when they're clearly ready to go but I guess that's the way they do things there read more

No matter which TJ Maxx I go to, I end up spending more than I planned. They have a lot to choose from, but I usually focus on the body care aisle to see what's available. read more

This TJ Maxx has the best selection of any in the greater Richmond area. MUCH better jewelry section, and they had two pair of pants I knew I should've gotten but assumed I could get at another location. Neither Short Pump nor Regency had them. Damn. Hate to have to drive all the way back over there. read more

This store is so disorganized, nothing is in order. The manager Jamie was very rude. Instead of helping customers or making sure her store was in order she followed multiple people of color around in the store. She was loud on her radio directing people to follow certain customers around. Horrible horrible horrible service this may be the worst TJ Maxx I have ever visited. read more

In search of a great deal, I always like to shop at TJMaxx. Being that this store is close to casa de bacon, I tend to go to this location over a few others in the area. I really love the home decor section in this store- i can always find a great deal. women's clothing take up a large majority of the store and for good reason, they have a lot of great items to try on. I am sad that most of the time my size (sm/med) is typically out so i have to run up to the TJMaxx at the mall for my sizes, but if you are not my size, you will probably find what you are looking for here. The best part about this specific location is typically the clearance items that have me coming back for more. I am always in search of paper (like stationary, crafting) or home decor/kitchen items and i can always, always find something great on clearance. Stop on in and bring some dough, you will want to snag up a gem of your own. read more

Id like recognize the fitting room attendent for being so polite, professional, and looking like she cares/likes her job. I came in there right after christmas because a family member brought my children duplicates of toys they already had. My family member brought the items from a different tj maxx, which made the exchange option really difficult. I couldn't locate all of my receipts. However the staff and management insured that they would do the research wait endlessly on the phone to communicate with their other store to properly give me my returned credit due. The staff was beyond courteous and patient with me and the process. This store deserves not just 5 but 10 and more. Tj maxx thank you once again for your awesome customer service!!! read more
