Always looks like a cyclone went through this store. Messy. Carries typical Old Navy fare. Nothing spectacular about this location.

Today's review is a combination of numerous visits over maybe 3 years. However, I'm really…read morementioning the last visits over the last year (maybe) and our latest purchase. Over the last year or so I've seen prices greatly increase. Now I'm not sure what the reasoning is for the change. Maybe a new person doing pricing or maybe a new owner/management. No idea. Now don't get me wrong - things went up pretty hard in 2023 and 2024, but used kids clothing for $5.50 - $3.50? That's a lot. Not new things - clearly used. Then there was the latest purchase. The photo shows two tags. Sadly we didn't notice the clearance tag from Target and clearly the store didn't mean to keep that in there. Basically what the staff appears to have done was go across the street to the Target store and wipe out the clearance rack, then come and place in their racks. With a small markup - nope. In my opinion - this is a deceptive practice. Not sure exactly how I'm gonna proceed with this. But fairly confident some notification to the company's corporate office. To see if this is how they want their franchises to operate. With this said - buyer beware. I doubt we will shop here again and I suggest you don't. Better prices doing a little yard saling without the deception.

I've been to this store 4 times over the last 8 years. Three of those times I've been meet with…read morerude employees or employees who clearly don't want to be there. There has only been one time where the employees were genuinely nice and helpful and that was the most recent trip. The first time I went was back in 2019/2020 to drop stuff off and a lot of it was new. They didn't take a lot, which is fine but when I browsing their selection many items were slightly stained. The next time I went was around 2023 to see if they had what I needed for the upcoming winter season. I opened the door and before I even entered this blonde haired lady yelled "we are not taking any thing". It caught me off guard and I did say "what". She repeated herself but even more aggressively so I turned right around and said "f this place" and drove off. The 3rd time was in 2024, which went normal. The staff looked bored. Gave some stuff and bought some stuff. That's it. The 4th time in September 2025, and this is the last time I will even bother with this location. They were extremely picky with what they wanted (which fine). The lady that talked to me was sweet. The other employee was on the phone. Anyway... when I was browsing I noticed their prices have increased. They wanted $80 for a used rocker. Which that same rocker, brand new, is currently 55$ at Costco's. They also had a $20 dollar activity center which was originally 41$ (it's outdated now) but it can now be found gently used between the prices of 9$-15$ at other secondhand shops.
