After this listed coupon code (see photo) didn't work, I reached out with a friendly DM via IG for assistance. The following morning, an employee reached out to me and was curt from the start. Rather than offering a solution or customer service - she took the opportunity to make me feel dumb for inquiring and then use my information to fix a "tech issue" and remove the code advertisement. I get that the jeans were not supposed to be on sale. However, there is absolutely a way to relay that information differently. An "oh my goodness - I am so sorry that happened - and I understand how disappointing that must be as a customer, but ... (fill in the blank)" would have gone a LONG way. Personally, if it were my business, I would have honored the listed code for one item simply to retain the customer. Two stars (rather than one) because she wasn't overtly rude - just curt and a bit condescending.

It is extremely OVERWHELMING because they have SO MANY different products. If you don't know what you're looking for, you will be there forever. I walked around that store today for over an hour & I couldn't find what I was looking for. I still found a lot of things that I didn't need but am excited to try though. :) The customer service is just ok. They aren't the friendliest. I was in and out though, so I won't complain. I will definitely go back.
