I've been alerted that the review I submitted inadvertently show two stars. It is a FIVE STARS store for service, selection, and cleanliness. They even have fans in the large dressing rooms! It's a great place to pick up discounted, hardly worn, or never before worn, consignment clothing in women's plus sizes. They even have beautiful accessories. High end everything. Ferragamo, Kate Spade. Many Talbots clothes ( my personal favorite dependable). I highly recommend. They are open until 8pm most days.

She was apologetic for not delivering the gown I purchased back on Nov. 6, 2024. She did pay back my money and I am thankful she did. Cons include poor communication as in everytime I had to initiate conversation regarding my order status and refund. I never received my dress for my Dec. 15th event. I was assured three times I would have my dress in time. I was not made aware my dress had not arrived until I contacted the owner the day before the event. There were a lot of excuses given such as due to the weather the dress is stuck in a warehouse in Oklahoma. I called the postal services and weather stations of Oklahoma and all stated there was no weather that server to obstruct postal deliveries. I am not sure if that was a lie from her or from the warehouse she claim to have spoke to either way false information was given. Ms. Stanford initiated a refund request on December 14, 2024 and said I should have my refund back in 5 to 7 business days. When I reached out after the 7 business days my text was ignored. I sent a cashapp refund request it was also ignored then declined. However, I did receive the refund on January 17, 2025 that I had to drive an hour plus to retrieve. Neshanta did offer to send the refund via mail but I didn't want to run the risk of anything get lost. Again, thankful to have my money back. I hope this review will help the owner to improve her business communications, possibly find better vendors to get dresses from, and make future customers aware of what they may possibly face. Note to future customers never pay a business you don't know well via cash app because it will be a nightmare to get it back via disputes and from your bank.

So I didn't want to take a chance with that since the subpar material of the shirt was enough for me. The associate in the store was nice and gave me no hassle at all. The shirt was still in the bag, folded up. But the kicker was, he told me Untuckit doesn't even make this particular shirt anymore. Explains why I was sent the wrong size, on purpose. Nothing was resolved by the Regional/General Manager of the White Oak store. Just a bunch of hot blown air to the customer. He promised me something out of the store as a compensation for the hardship that I faced in his Richmond store and then when I asked him about it later he acted like he knew nothing. You, see, apparently he is not in Richmond but in Maryland. I see why the subordinate leadership in Richmond is just as bad as he is. K & G needs better leadership. I faced a very difficult time over the years dealing with the manager in the Richmond store. She is very rude and follows customers around the store and makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Because of this I have not been in the store lately because I am in fear of harassment. I hope that someone from the corporate office reaches out to me soon so I can fill you in on what was promised to me in compensation for the Richmond store management and employee behavior. They are not Nordstroms, Macy's or Saks; however I must say that I have found the same quality in those stores, with a higher price tag.
