I find that most of the staff at this particular store are VERY HELPFUL and go out of their way to assist you. I think the pricing is fair, but know since it's consignment you can be getting things in the $15-30+ range. I love that you don't need an appointment to sell clothes. You give your ID and info and if they want to buy something you can get store credit. If you want cash, you need to make an appointment. As of Feb 2026, if you want to do walk-in it's only store credit that's offered. This is located really close to VCU so you're able to find a lot of trendy and art school inspired pieces. I usually walk here. You're able to take the Pulse too. Street parking can be a bit tricky, but is available. I highly recommend checking out this local thrift store.
