I have no clue what tux/suit size my boy is so I eagerly accepted the offer of assistance. Charles came over, we told him what we needed, and he immediately picked out a tux jacket, pants, and dress shirt. My son stepped in to a fitting room to try everything on. The shirt and jacket fit perfectly and the pants needed a little bit of alteration. He also brought over a beautiful bowtie to match my son's date's dress. All dressed up, my son looked SO FINE. Charles really knows what he is doing! I couldn't believe he took one look at my boy, assessed him, and picked out the clothes in the right size at first glance! We opted to purchase the tux, shirt, tie, and belt. There is plenty of fabric to account for additional growth of my boy. Alterations were completed swiftly (much faster than I expected), and we could not be happier. We were also very impressed with the pricing. Everything was reasonable and high quality. This experience is one for the books. We received such excellent customer service and Good Luck had a huge selection. I was afraid I'd be overwhelmed when I walked in, but Charles took over and professionally guided us to the right decisions. Other stores could really learn from Good Luck because that is how customer service should be everywhere. Kudos to Good Luck. They will continue to get my business for future menswear needs.

Rather than offering a solution or customer service - she took the opportunity to make me feel dumb for inquiring and then use my information to fix a "tech issue" and remove the code advertisement. I get that the jeans were not supposed to be on sale. However, there is absolutely a way to relay that information differently. An "oh my goodness - I am so sorry that happened - and I understand how disappointing that must be as a customer, but ... (fill in the blank)" would have gone a LONG way. Personally, if it were my business, I would have honored the listed code for one item simply to retain the customer. Two stars (rather than one) because she wasn't overtly rude - just curt and a bit condescending.
