To echo Robert's review this is one of the nicest furniture stores around. My girlfriend and I walked in and were immediately greeted by the lovely Tomekia. She gave us the grand tour of the place. Something my fellow Americans will like is their line of 100% USA made furniture. Made with real wood and not that cheap pressed stuff from IKEA. After a couple of hours and revisiting several bedroom sets we made our choice. Delivery was scheduled on Thursday and when the furniture arrived they assembled everything. All the pieces were setup perfectly. Every single drawer slides smoothly, the bed frame is rock solid, and best part of all no holes in the wall. I had bed movers put a little dent in my drywall one time - not these guys! Butterworth will 100% be seeing me again. I have big plans for the future. Lastly, after a few days I received a lovely thank you card. Butterworth may have made a customer for life.

He asked if we were looking for anything in particular and we told him and he took us right to the section. I told him that I needed to see some special needs furniture and he was able to find that for me right away. The location is really nice and has a variety of price points from something that is really affordable to some high-end big pieces. The sales floor was really clean and all of the placements seem to be in a pretty good shape. There was plenty of room for people with wheelchair to be able to traverse the sales floor. A delightful manager named Eddie came around to make sure that everything was going smoothly. He was full of energy and really seems like he wanted to make sure that we had a great experience while here. But are very quick to attempt to buy your credit in bad standing and collections. They're all in on it together. All the sales people and all the rest to the warehouse that switches and delivers a game look alike... Leaving me with an over $5,000.00 dept for fake leather 3 piece sectional. Meanwhile. In less than 8 months the one sofa my wife and, I sit on look like it's been in use for several years. Some one please help me put together a class action suit, for deception and theft!!!

The issue was that I purchased a bedroom and living room set. I was informed that everything was in stock. Time was important to me as I was moving and had only been able to take a few days off of work. I was promised my delivery would come as scheduled. Delivery day came and went. I called Customer Care and was informed the delivery was never scheduled! I ended up canceling my order. I actually went in person to the store the next day and cancelled it. I was informed it would take a month to get my deposit back. So a month went by and the Customer Care person called to tell me my deposit had been refunded back into my bank account. Weeks went by and I decided to check the credit card I was issued through Nest Credit which is Ashley Furniture's store credit card. I called and found out Ashley did not cancel the purchase and the amount (several thousand) was still pending on the card, reducing the available credit amount I had on the credit card. I called Customer Care and left several messages. I also called and went in person to the store. I was informed someone would call me back and still, no one! I have filed a complaint with the credit card. I have never encountered this before at any other furniture store. I don't know if the issues are at Colonial Heights location store only or all of the Ashley home stores. My experience with this location has been disappointing.

The clothing they had here was gawdy, and strange. It wasn't vintage or antique. They seem to be a different kind of shop that makes strange ornate goods for your bedroom or living spaces, They had a desk and set up for interior design appointments (?) Set up in the back of the shop. I don't understand this place, It didn't seem to have anything to offer, and it isn't the kind of shop you'd go to to pick something out to wear or furniture to put in your home directly from the floor. I just don't get it.
