I had to ask her several times and she said they did not have bags to fit what I bought. Mind you I only bought 1 large picture which I had not planned on bagging. I have shopped at Catos ( about 20 + years ) rotating between Chester and Colonial Heights , VA I love the clothes. It's my favorite place to go to. I prefer the Chester location because of the friendly environment. They are just so friendly and vibrant. You just want to stay in the store a few hours. They come and check on you and asking do you need help, or if your arms are full they ask to take your clothes up front I despise the Catos in Col Hgts. Sorry to put it on this review; I tried to give them their own but it wouldn't go through. They never speak or greet you in any way. I have been in to the store about 30 x last year and no one said one word, until I went to pay then two of them had the audacity to ask did I find everything I needed. Huuuuhhhh, what ? Why wasn't this address earlier by opening your mouth up and speaking. It is so rude. The customer service is 0. If you do not want to be around the public go get an in home job. Courtesy goes a long way. The clothes are fabulous. But, I am not going to buy from you and I am being ignored the whole time ; until I am ready to purchased. This is not my first review. I have come on this forum a lot about that place. Respect is a powerful word. I am truly irritated. My 16 year old son needed a suit or tux for Homecoming. We'd heard about Good Luck from a friend so…read morewe went to check them out. We were greeted immediately and asked if we needed help. I have no clue what tux/suit size my boy is so I eagerly accepted the offer of assistance. Charles came over, we told him what we needed, and he immediately picked out a tux jacket, pants, and dress shirt. My son stepped in to a fitting room to try everything on. The shirt and jacket fit perfectly and the pants needed a little bit of alteration. He also brought over a beautiful bowtie to match my son's date's dress. All dressed up, my son looked SO FINE. Charles really knows what he is doing! I couldn't believe he took one look at my boy, assessed him, and picked out the clothes in the right size at first glance! We opted to purchase the tux, shirt, tie, and belt. There is plenty of fabric to account for additional growth of my boy. Alterations were completed swiftly (much faster than I expected), and we could not be happier. We were also very impressed with the pricing. Everything was reasonable and high quality. This experience is one for the books. We received such excellent customer service and Good Luck had a huge selection. I was afraid I'd be overwhelmed when I walked in, but Charles took over and professionally guided us to the right decisions. Other stores could really learn from Good Luck because that is how customer service should be everywhere. Kudos to Good Luck. They will continue to get my business for future menswear needs.
