Said I would have to buy the phone elsewhere but I would still have to come back to her store for set up. With her off putting behavior that was not an option for me. One quick trip to Walmart, got the phone I wanted and they set it up in an hour! The gal there was patient , friendly and professional. I could have weeped for her kindness to me. The price for that same phone at AT&T was 80.00 higher. AT&T staffs their stores with many who should NOT be working in customer service. I will absolutely stay away from any AT&T store in the future.

Both repairs were completed by a young guy, very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable, he even laughed at my bad jokes. Both repair were completed in less than 30 minutes. My wife's phone repair cost $80 and she's had no problems at all since the repair ( about 2 months). The battery on the other phone was done for $45. Parts were $25 and labor $20. Verizon wanted $40 just for their battery! Definitely recommend iRite to anyone who needs their iPhone repaired.

The first time, I let it go because another rep did advocate with 800‑Verizon to ensure I had service before leaving. However, after yesterday, I will not be returning to this location. If you're making a purchase, you'll likely walk out happy. But if you're not giving them a sale, be prepared to advocate for yourself. I was told my SIM tray had a "previous issue" that prevented activation -- even though the phone was clearly reading the SIM. I drove all the way to Short Pump (Apple Store) based on that information. Nothing was wrong with my phone or the SIM tray. Two hours later, an escalated 800‑Verizon support rep had my phone fully operational over the phone with basic troubleshooting. I don't appreciate having my time wasted or being given inaccurate information. I'm giving 3 stars because I do believe the staff try, but it feels like their primary objective is selling, not service. That may work for most customers, but I'm not most customers.

As with most like stores, its footprint is rather small but large enough and clean enough for what they do. Told the individual my problem. After entering my information, he asked about the symptoms and suggested it might be dirt. He pulled out a tool, cleaned out the port and the port functioned. The price? Nothing! This is customer service, an all too often lost art. As such, they have gained a new and loyal client who will return when the need arises!

They told me I need to replace the power supply as well as the graphics card even though my cpu has integrated graphics and has ran without a card before. It doesn't take over a week to get a part shipped, and it certainly doesn't take 2 weeks to find out what's wrong with it. Every step of the way they have either blown me off or told me I need to keep waiting. I won't be going back to this place and I recommend you find somewhere else to get repairs done.
