Brionna's attitude towards me the second time around was unfriendly and non helpful. It was clear she did not wish to help me. She said they did not have either phone of my selection in stock. Said I would have to buy the phone elsewhere but I would still have to come back to her store for set up. With her off putting behavior that was not an option for me. One quick trip to Walmart, got the phone I wanted and they set it up in an hour! The gal there was patient , friendly and professional. I could have weeped for her kindness to me. The price for that same phone at AT&T was 80.00 higher. AT&T staffs their stores with many who should NOT be working in customer service. I will absolutely stay away from any AT&T store in the future.

They told me I need to replace the power supply as well as the graphics card even though my cpu has integrated graphics and has ran without a card before. It doesn't take over a week to get a part shipped, and it certainly doesn't take 2 weeks to find out what's wrong with it. Every step of the way they have either blown me off or told me I need to keep waiting. I won't be going back to this place and I recommend you find somewhere else to get repairs done. The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. It is kind of like picking up a watch or clock at another store and it isnt wound or set to the right time. But it worked find once i charged it I was glad to do this route vs a new watch.
