They only cared about selling us extra things we didn't want or need and they wouldn't give me a receipt. When we went back to inquire about it. I was called names, mocked and completely disrespected in front of everyone at the store. I was in shock that a manager of a store could be so unprofessional, disrespectful and take no responsibility for their mistakes. At this location be prepared to be lied to and robbed and get horrible service. Then they will direct you to the customer service number when you complain which is a whole department of people who don't care and will do nothing about the harassment and horrible service. It's best to not waste your time going there at all.

Theres always only 2 sometimes 3 guys working and they take forever to get to you.. However... Once they Do...They get the job done. I normally wait to see the same guy , cant remember his name.. The manager then proceeded to say that he'll "take care of it",he took over leading me out of the store and into the heat where he would stand for moments at a time asking me questions. After receiving information hed turn around and go back into the ac to do the work.. he did 50% of what needed to be done then told me to goto another store.. I was denied equal service due to my disability, I have been having problems ALL MONTH I drove 30 minutes because my store told us that they quite know what they were doing. I now have 2 phone lines open and I can't get my bill straight because I have asthma.... This really sucks man....

I have often gone in last minute to have things printed and/or laminated for my students as a teacher, my kiddos as an RBT, or as a designer for clients and friends. Regardless of my need or being pressed for time, these guys are amazing! They're always helpful, always patient and very good at what they do...I rarely give 5 stars, as that implies perfection, and who's perfect, really? When I have, I often look back and wish I hadn't. As a business, OfficeMax is a bit pricey and they don't give a teacher's discount, so I can't give them five stars, thus the reason for the four...However, as a department, the print staff gets 5 stars from me! I am so grateful for these guys and would never take my simple print needs anywhere else! I hope they continue to maintain this staff with their knowledge, patience and courteous dispositions...Add a teacher's discount and it will only raise the bar higher!
