She was so rude in the way she spoke to me even the other cashiers made a face at her. I don't understand how a manager can shoo someone away when they're clearly ready to go but I guess that's the way they do things there

I love to run by there on a lazy Saturday and see what I can find in the home section in back, they always carry such cute and interesting home decor. We were looking for more gifts for a baby shower we were attending and this has tons of awesome options from cute clothes to gift bags! HomeGoods is usually priced fairly too. Besides getting some cute things for the baby girl, I also found some things for me too. I loved the notebook and craft aisle. I was able to find this really cool punch needle set! They also had moleskine notebooks. When you checkout, it's the typical HomeGoods/Marshall's/TJMaxx line filled with additional charming tchotchkes and a system that tells you which number cashier to go to. It's also located in a strip mall with tons of free parking. The highlight of the visit were the pet strollers (which I would've gotten if they were cheapers LOL). I came in looking for beddings and decor for my guest bedroom and I was able to get everything I needed and more. Went to check out it was only cashier up front and we stood there for about 3 mins while she typed away on her phone strike one I had to say ex me in order for to acknowledge me and my mom's presence then says she is not open strike 2&3 and she says all of this with an attitude strike 4 so let's just say she just ruined our first experience at this store because of how she treated us this needs to be addressed asap!

The commercials are deceptive, they tout name brand items, but I only found a few I recognized. This store was incredibly messy, disorganized and dirty. I saw stained and ripped clothing, see pics. I got dizzy trying to shop here... and I love shopping, bit everything was a wreck, nothing in order, sizes mixed up, racks everywhere with no rhyme or reason! This store made Ross look like Nordstrom! The only reason I have it two stars rather than one, is because the prices are inexpensive despite the cheaply made fabrics on the majority of the clothes. And the other star is for the variety, housewares, garden things, etc. But I left empty handed because I saw nothing worth purchasing. Kudos to you if you can navigate this disaster.
