I do not plan to return to this location due to her negative attitude around me questioning why I needed an ID after presenting the name, having a barcode ready (that was never asked for) considering my name is very unique and the chances of anyone coming to get the order, on this specific day/time/at that very location, who wasn't myself or spouse, would be very random and unlikely to happen. Horrible interaction with this person. Truly lacked communication and customer service skills especially for someone in leadership.
