During our session, they had personal conversations directly in front of us, including comments about how they did not want to be there. That made the experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. For the cost, I also expected a more extensive candle-making experience with a larger variety of options and scents to choose from. The selection felt very limited for the price. The music was definitely the best part of the experience and created a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not return.

When I started walking up to her she immediately put her hand up and shooed me away and said no I'm checking out this employee. I guess the light being on doesn't mean open anymore. She was so rude in the way she spoke to me even the other cashiers made a face at her. I don't understand how a manager can shoo someone away when they're clearly ready to go but I guess that's the way they do things there

This time, I drop off some fairly expensive items and see my order processed at a roughly 24% payout for store credit. So I call to inquire about the massive gap in expectation and reality (even in instances I dropped of cheaper items, I still had a much larger net store credit). The first associate is able to tell me the price paid per item and everything, incredibly helpful. Since he couldn't assist with my larger question about buying percentages, he transfers me to the store manager who refuses to acknowledge the gap and cannot tell me the price paid per item. He quickly flees from the phone and puts the general manager on. She is very polite but says it is against policy to tell customers the price for their items... obviously frustrated at being taken advantage of, she says "it does look like there is an error with this one" (the Pop valued at $115) and offers me a small gift card to make up the difference. So if I hadn't investigated, this bloated company would have just walked away with a scam like this. Is this really how corporations should be treating its customers? Buying items at 24% because "it's a business and we have to make money" is a robbery and not having employees competent enough to value items is just deplorable.
