It is extremely OVERWHELMING because they have SO MANY different products. If you don't know what you're looking for, you will be there forever. I walked around that store today for over an hour & I couldn't find what I was looking for. I still found a lot of things that I didn't need but am excited to try though. :) The customer service is just ok. They aren't the friendliest. I was in and out though, so I won't complain. Over the past 4 years I've been seeing her, my hair has grown longer and is much healthier than it was before. The stylist I had before her had been over-processing my hair causing much damage. Shanica brought it back from the brink and for that, I'll always be grateful. My only complaint about this place is I wish they accepted credit cards. Minor issue, but I never carry more than a few bucks cash on me so it's kind of a pain to have to go to the ATM every time I get my hair done.

Both basically told me to go to another practice. I was not "heard". I never knew of a practice telling you they "see" an issue, apply chemo cream to your lip for 10 days and then make an appointment 3 months later. Then when you have an issue with the cream, the response is come in. They will not assist you unless you come in to pay for a visit. I will say, the front office staff has always been amazing. I have already changed to another Dermatologist. My opinion, don't go to this practice.
