It is extremely OVERWHELMING because they have SO MANY different products. If you don't know what you're looking for, you will be there forever. I walked around that store today for over an hour & I couldn't find what I was looking for. I still found a lot of things that I didn't need but am excited to try though. :) The customer service is just ok. They aren't the friendliest. I was in and out though, so I won't complain. Over the past 4 years I've been seeing her, my hair has grown longer and is much healthier than it was before. The stylist I had before her had been over-processing my hair causing much damage. Shanica brought it back from the brink and for that, I'll always be grateful. My only complaint about this place is I wish they accepted credit cards. Minor issue, but I never carry more than a few bucks cash on me so it's kind of a pain to have to go to the ATM every time I get my hair done.

My experience with this place from beginning to end was terrible. I waited 45 minutes in the…read morewaiting room as a new patient on my first visit and the front office staff said to bear with them because they had just gotten a new software update. I understood and was patient. My appointment was made with Melissa Paschall, PA. I have had an unknown rash for over a year. She ordered bloodwork and did a biopsy. She told me I needed to come back in 2 weeks to get my test results and a suture removal. Upon exiting, the front desk knew nothing about scheduling an appointment. I asked and was told they would call me. I was given a lab order for Labcorp. After arriving at Labcorp, I noticed that the office put my birthdate on the form wrong by 20 years. Called them while sitting there (3times) before I could get through to anyone. I was told that it should be fine just make sure Labcorp knew the correct birthdate. While I was on the phone with front office staff, the PA called me and left a voicemail telling me I needed to make an appointment for a 2 week follow up. Again, called 3 times before I was able to talk to anyone. The scheduler was rude and exhausted sounding, but scheduled my return for 2 weeks. My return visit started with, "You're a new patient, right?" No, I'm here for a suture removal and test results. Oh, (laughs) we just got a new software update. Yeah, you mentioned that 2 weeks ago. 45 minutes later, I'm called back and an assistant removes my suture and tells me Melissa will be in shortly. I'm told that my biopsy has been lost by FEDEX! My reaction is, "Are you freaking kidding me right now?!!!" They are blaming FedEx for losing my biopsy. The tracking info goes nowhere and the lab has never received it. (Why is FedEx taking my biopsy to a lab?) How do I know it's FedEx's fault? They could be just blaming FedEx for their own incompetence. Melissa says to me, "I can do another one if you want." Hard no. She refers me to a rheumatologist that never calls me. To top all this off, 2 weeks after the office visit, another person named Katrina (the only person who apologized and was kind) calls me to tell me that my biopsy was lost by FedEx. Which is the same info I was told in the office 2 weeks prior. Like it's new information. Does no one in this office do proper medical charting? Does no one talk to anyone else? To top it all off, they billed my insurance for the biopsy and are wanting me to pay what my insurance didn't cover (115.00). When I called the office to ask to speak to billing I was told that they do 3rd party billing. The front desk person laughed and told me she would send my info to the office manager and hung up on me! Stay far, far away from these people! Total negligence and unethical incompetence. I would give them zero stars if I could! Update: The business manager removed the charges that I owed them.
