When I got there, the employee refused the return simply because I had taken the hair out of the bundle to look at it. That "policy" is nowhere on the receipt, yet she wouldn't even bother looking at it when I tried to show her. What happened next was beyond unprofessional. She aggressively grabbed my bag, pulling at me and my belongings in an attempt to shove the hair back inside. She even came out from behind the counter to continue acting aggressive and confrontational. I repeatedly told her to stop touching me and my things, and she completely ignored me. The behavior from these women was disgusting, totally lacking in basic customer service, and honestly bizarre. No customer should be treated the way I was. Shes lucky it's only a bad review because between not returning my money based on the "policy" that is not there, and her aggressive nature such as grabbing at me, I should've called the cops. I will never shop here again, and I highly recommend others think twice before giving this place their business. Absolutely insane.

As we were looking for specific items, my mother asked one of the store employees for a basket. She was really nice, got a basket then brought it back to my mother. As we picked up almost $200 worth of items, and came to the register, things took a turn. The same woman who gave us the basket, began to ring us up. Just as she began to swipe the first item, she stated to my mother- "We don't have any bags, you have to buy one". Because I wasn't sure I heard what I did, I asked her to repeat herself. She did and added that we could buy a bag for $.16. I told my mother that we didn't need to buy one, we can just place the items in the stroller and get an additional bag when we go grocery shopping. The store employee - GLORIA - began to make sly comments to my mother about how she was the only one who had been nice to her, and how she would give my mom a bag because she was nice to her, but not me. Lol, my mother and I were TOGETHER!!! It's very unfortunate that she acted this way, my mother and I were both confused as to why she was being rude towards me, but on the way out, I ensured that I left a whole quarter to pay for the bag that she "gifted" to my mom.
