I recommend heading over to the visalia AT&T on Mooney by Starbucks. The manager there helped us out in less than 30 minutes with multiple things the tulare store kept saying were not possible. I wanted to like this place because it was closer to me but I was ignored when i called multiple times for help also, in store the manager would avoid us and we would have to wait even with no people in store.

I have 2 wireless lines with them and was trying to add Internet. They messed up my account when attempting to set it up so my Internet couldn't be activated. After spending hours on the phone over the next 2 days trying to figure it out their solution was that the only way to "possibly" fix it was to cancel everything including my 2 phone lines and upgrade them to the highest service plan. When I told them I don't understand what upgrading my mobile phone plans has to do with the Internet plan they just told me that it's worth a shot. Worth a shot to them maybe because then they'd make more money off me. I immediately cancelled my service and switched to a different carrier. I have been a loyal customer of AT&T since they bought out singular back in the early 2000's. If this is how they treat their loyalist customers then that is a service I'll never work with again.

First I was told that their Debit card machine was out of service and I can only pay cash-This happened on several occasions. Next I was told that I had to pay via autopay only. Then they changed their debit machine so that if you press the wrong button you are signed up to autopay. Today there was no such option. The girl at the counter told me that we can not proceed unless I set up autopay with her. This was the last straw for me. I went home and contacted customer service to report this stores actions. Customer service told me that they were sorry for the poor service and they will rectify this. We'll see!
