I reiterated that battery would not take a charge and I borrowed a neighbor's battery. He took battery out of the back of my vehicle and hooked it to a commercial charger. Still would not take a charge and he informed me that I would need to leave it overnight so he could charge it. I refused this option as I had a medical appointment. I felt that I should been treated as a valued customer. Not the case here
