This place here was the authorized retailer, and I was pretty familiar with this place and how long it's been here for. Came here with my wife and was greeted by Mr. Ruddy himself. He firsthand helped us with finding the machine I wanted. Purchased it and picked it up the next day. It was really cool to talk with Mr. Ruddy about this building and how long it's been here for, as well as his dad being the one that actually built it. Super cool and neat and just an all in all awesome experience with great "old school" customer service. 10/10.

I can't remember her name, but she was very nice. Very sweet. we walked in. She kind of showed us what basically they had to offer and the pricing, but I did notice a couch there that caught my attention and from what she had said is that he helps his friends or neighbors in his Area sell items that you know they don't get rid of or it's hard for them to get rid of I don't know but anyways we ended up buying a couch, beautiful piece of furniture. We just cleaned it up and a great price. I cleaned it up and it's in my living room but I do recommend this place. We did my fridge once once we get ours delivered, and then we're gonna put this one in the garage just to kind of have extra storage for the drinks but yes, I do recommend this place. The fridge looks new. It works great and they have great customer service.

Stopped again so they replaced fridge, that one stopped again. So we bought a brand new one and called John to ask if he would pick up old one. He asked if we were in Visalia, yes we are. Well I asked if there was a charge he said "no charge". When he arrived because it wasn't up front he wanted $80 bucks! Never mentioned that and he should have. My daughter thought enough is enough, spent money on fridge, spent money on replaced groceries and she wasn't going to spend $80 so the fridge could be resold.

Mind you, my computer literacy is not the best and my husband only speaks Spanish. Manny Mosqueda was our sales helper he not only helped us decided between two different brands by breaking down prons ans cons of each item. He gave detailed explanations and answered every question or concern we had. He was extremely transparent with everything from the items to insurance coverages he covered it all and made sure we understood everything we were purchasing. I also want to highlight the level of professionalism this young man spoke in. I consider myself fluent in Spanish but Manny not once stuttered, chopped up words in Spanish none of that. He was able to assist us both in English and Spanish for my husband and I to both understand. I was planning to translate to my huband but manny had it covered better than I would had ever explained it.
