My little boy got a new XBOX 360 for Christmas. Within just a couple of days two of his games…read morewere seriously scratched by the darn thing itself. I held on to them forever thinking I could clean them. I was about to give up and go buy new ones to replace the scratched ones when my cousin told me he heard from a friend about this gentleman and what a great job he does. So off we were with the two discs and my cousin's XBOX 360 that had the red ring of death. To our surprise our two games were fixed for only $20 bucks and though my cousin's console was unfixable, he walked away with a replacement console for only $85 bucks with a 6 month warranty!! AWESOME!!!! Not only did he go into great detail explaining why he couldn't fix it (always lay down the XBOX do not stand it up!) but he didn't charge us a dime to look at it. THIS GUY ROCKS!!!

Well worth the expense of paying someone else. I'll definitely be calling him for future needs.

And the $100 remainder was split up ofer months period ! Omg I barely realized that they obligated me into contracted service with them by not allowing me to pay the full amount of phone And then somehow my bill went up monthly ? Verizon (which I been 13 year customer ) Verizon sent me a welcome new customer email & notification. Long story short Verizon never credited me $800 and lately my old phone has been on find my iPhone app. They were so persistent to receive my old phone also .Be careful

Until I got my next bill…read more Xavier definitely straight out lied to me and taught me a lesson in reading every word before signing something. I will not be going to this store again, except maybe to see if I can get my phone back. He said I was getting $800 trade in credit for it when in fact I got $0 trade in credit and financed $800 according to my most recent bill. I am so mad realizing I basically just got my old phone stolen from me.
