He didn't take the time to show me how to use the new phone.... just said to just swipe up on the screen to activate it....and that everything else was basically the same as my old phone. WRONG!!! When we went into the store it was clean and organized. A man by the name of Eric helped us. My husband explained the issue and Eric took my phone examined it and he figured out what the problem was.
