While we were there I told him what bookshelf speakers I had and he connected some similarly sized bookshelves with a pair of REL subs and I was just completely enamored with the suddenly gutsy sound. Fast forward a couple of months and I went to buy the REL, which has totally exceeded my expectations. Even though the building is visibly dated, it has most of the modern amenities found at newer Targets: aisle price scanners, self checkout, a small grocery section, a pharmacy, a cosmetics boutique, a Capital One ATM, and a recently renovated Starbucks and pizza snack bar area. If you're staying at the neighboring Homewood Suites which opened 3 years ago, this place is a 30 second walk away and great for procuring travel necessities like toiletries, snacks, and medications during and after your stay. Regarding messiness, this store attracts a lot of visitor traffic from Menlo Park Mall and Roosevelt Park on weekends, including people with children, so shelves and clothing racks will understandably be a little messy. Since this location is next to a townhouse complex and three nursing homes, inventory for popular items also tends to run low without real-time inventory levels being reflected on Target.com. One of my biggest complaints about this Target is the T-shaped bottleneck for exiting and entering the parking lot. You'll also find some of the worst drivers ever here as they confusedly or recklessly enter and leave without yielding when they don't have right of way. For a more pleasant shopping experience, try the Hadley Center Target.

What was also noteworthy to me was that while in his shop, another customer came in and interrupted my session with Paul, while he was making the repair and finishing up. The television took over a week to arrive, and when it finally did, the shipping box was visibly damaged and the TV would not even power on. Beach Camera then asked whether I wanted a replacement television shipped or a refund. I clearly chose a refund. I was also told that my money would be refunded once the television was picked up. Instead, the entire return process became another ordeal. It took Beach Camera close to a week just to properly address my complaint and arrange for the television to be picked up. I was told the freight company would contact me that day to schedule the pickup, but several days passed with no call. I eventually had to contact Beach Camera again myself because no one from the freight company had reached out. The television was eventually picked up, and I sent Beach Camera confirmation of the pickup as instructed. Despite being told that my refund would be issued once the TV was picked up, I received essentially no response and no refund. I had to continue following up myself. Then, after the TV had already been picked up, Beach Camera changed what had previously been communicated to me. I received an email stating that my refund would not be issued until they physically received the television, inspected it, and then determined whether the return qualified for a refund. In my opinion, that response was extremely dismissive and disrespectful considering the circumstances. I did not change my mind about a purchase. I received a television that arrived in a damaged box and would not turn on. Beach Camera offered me a replacement or a refund, I chose the refund, and I followed every instruction they gave me for returning the damaged television. I should not now be dealing with changing explanations, weeks of delays, and uncertainty over whether I will receive my own money back. Any inspection of the television or claim involving the freight company is a matter Beach Camera should handle with its carrier. I should not be left without both the television and thousands of dollars while they work through their internal process, particularly after I was specifically told that my refund would be issued once the TV was picked up. The lack of urgency, poor communication, repeated delays, and changing information regarding my refund have made this one of the worst purchasing experiences I have had. It has now been weeks since this process began. I will never purchase from Beach Camera again, and if my full refund is not received promptly, I intend to speak with my attorney regarding what additional options may be available to me.

We explained that keeping a toddler at the mall for another 75 minutes isn't easy and asked if there was any chance they could take us as a walk-in. I understand we were early and they had other appointments, so I wasn't expecting them to take us right away. But the manager was pretty rude about it and basically just told us to come back at our appointment time. We were simply asking if there was any possibility of being accommodated. My husband also had another issue with the same AirPods and asked if they could check that at the same time. They told him he would need to make another appointment for that issue, which was frustrating. It's the same AirPods and we were already there, so having to make another trip just didn't make much sense to us. Unfortunately, this is the only Apple Store close to us, so we'll probably be back when we need help. I understand they have their appointment system, but I just wish the whole situation had been handled a little more nicely. Even if they couldn't take us early or help with both issues, a friendlier response would have made a difference.

It says a lot about a company when you have such a positive first experience that they are the first call you make when you need additional work done. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly, paid close attention to the details, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished result. Just as importantly, he treated my home with respect and did an exceptional job cleaning up when the work was completed--you would hardly know any installation work had taken place. After having now used AJ Integrations on multiple occasions and at two different homes, I can recommend AJ with even greater confidence than I did the first time. If you need home networking, smart home integration, low-voltage wiring, or any of the other services AJ provides, I would not hesitate to contact him. Fantastic work once again. Posting truthful and non-slanderous information to a public forum on the Internet regarding this business is protected under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States (see: Reno v. ACLU). In addition, I am of the opinion that Yelp! reviews are supposed to be honest reviews from customers regarding their interactions with businesses. I understand that Rich is upset about my leaving a 1-star review on his business. That is why I gave him three stars and the opportunity to earn my trust back. As I told him, judging by the other reviews on his business, he should have easily been able to earn some cash and get his other two stars. He chose not to do so. Instead, he threatened me with legal action for leaving an honest review of my interaction with his business on a public site. My final comment on this business is a word of caution to other potential customers. Rich is an interesting guy. If you are not prepared to be berated for disagreeing with his views on public discourse, I might suggest looking for a different installer, which is a shame because I hear he does good work.
