SEEMORE appliances . The worst experience I've had with them. This was the 2nd purchase. The first time they did not deliver everything despite having to wait two weeks but made good on completing the delivery the following day. So I gave him a second chance and bought a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer, dryer combo, a stove for a rental. At this point I'm loosing money on renting the apt because my tile installer can't do the counter top or backsplash without all items in their respectful place. When the items were not delivered I told Sal my sales person that I needed the microwave asap or it would be a domino effect affecting other trades from doing their job and duration of the job. He could not fix the problem and said the items would get delivered today. So Stella, the delivery company that they use which is equally as miserable as Seemore appliances delivered the refrigerator. The item that I need the least right now I contacted Seemore, cell the sales person, and informed him he gave me a phone number to speak with Marissa. She was equally useless. I texted Sal over 20 minutes ago that I want my money back for the microwave and that I will be buying it from Pc Richards I have not heard back from him. I had an issue with my Bosch dishwasher that I purchased a year ago from SeeMore. It was a cosmetic issue; not a mechanical issue. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone told me that he would issue a repair ticket and that someone would call me soon. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I was called!!! We purchased over $2000 in appliances for our kitchen. We had issues with the lights on the exhaust hood within the first 2 months, the lights stopped working. when we contacted seemores, my wife was given the bulb # to order off Amazon to repair the issue ourselves. When I called, I was told this was not how their warranty worked and some one would would come to check and service our lights. My wife contacted the repair company after weeks of hearing nothing. Weeks later, our lights are still out. We we're sent to Seemore's by a family friend Danny Ust from Danny's Market and I'm sure he would be sick to hear about our experience. read more

I recently built a new house and my builder had tie with with Seemore. I went and purchased appliances for the whole house with Seemore, which is a good 12K USD worth of appliances I purchased extended warranty from them as well. all was good. I got the papers for extended warranty from the warranty company and two appliances were missing. I went and talked to Rob Marciano (My sales Rep) and he said that he had missed adding the appliances and will do that as one year ends. He said that it works out better that way. He said "Keep on reminding" him. I did all of that to make sure that all my appliances have an extended warranty. When the year ended, he said that I did not buy the extended warranty. I was furious with no option. Then he said that I can buy the warranty for 119 USD. I readily agreed taking into consideration that I can bring the ugly chapter to close by paying 119 USD. I said that please have the appliances added. He said he is doing nit. He never did it and here again he kept on dilly dallying the issue. Finally I ran out of patience and I reached out to Mark Tibot (one of the owners) and nhe said that he cannot do anything here and he said that if I want to buy the warranty it will cost be 199 USD. I bought the warranty and ended the ugly chapter to an end. I would never buy any appliances from them and I would request all to do the same. read more

I spent a lot of money on brand new appliances. All Bosch. Stove broke after two days and Seemore sent me to Bosch. Bosch punted the ball to repairs at Jersey Appliance. Oven is still not working. Waiting for parts. IT IS BRAND NEW!!! Seemore won't do anything. Blames pandemic and shrugs it off. So disappointed. They have taken no responsibility for selling and delivering a broken appliance. The first sales person was nice, the second was not so nice, the 3rd helped me place my order. they failed to let me know there ARE NO RETURNS AT ALL, NOT EVEN EXCHANGE ON THE WASHER I BOUGHT. The first day of delivery the washer did not work properly, I called they said i have to call whirlpool, they cant return it or exchange it, even tho its been one day. Whirlpool came to give me service and the machine continues to not work. I get a code saying that there isn't water detected, whirlpool says there is nothing wrong with the machine. My salesman Tom helped right away and spent a long time online finding me the best deal he could find. You just don't get that kind of service at Home Depot or any of those big stores. Was referred to See-More by my kitchen contractor. I was heading to a big box store, but thought I would try this local merchant instead. I could not be happier. Tom was my salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and spent enough time (but not too much time) explaining our options. He asked good questions. He perfectly matched GE refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave and a Whirlpool wine cooler. He spoke to my contractor to make sure that all would fit in the plans. Great guidance from a friendly face. The first three appliances were delivered ahead of the last two. Tom coordinated a delivery with me so that everything was completed by Christmas (which is this Tuesday). The appliances were delivered by See-More employees and not by common carrier. Everybody has a stake in the customer's satisfaction. This is a big reason to shop local. I would recommend Tom and See-More to anyone who asked. I shopped him first and did not go any where else. But I do observe other methods in big box from time to time. They always seem understaffed and you might not get the same person all through the process. Not sure, but I think my pricing was even a bit lower than the advertised pricing of the chains. I am very satisfied. read more

I purchased a Maytag Washer Dryer Set in April 2020 from See-More Appliance at the suggestion of salesperson Sam. Within 2 weeks, the dryer was making a grating noise. The only repair option suggested by the Maytag company was to use the designated authorized appliance repair company, Dan Marc Appliance. It is now late June and Dan Marc Appliance has been out to repair the machine three times, each time with a different diagnosis. The last diagnosis was to replace the drum, a major dryer component. See-More has ignored my request for a new machine and has basically ignored e-mails and phone calls from me. Maytag only offers parts and labor warranty. So now I have paid a lot of money for what is essentially a re-built machine. Shame on Maytag, Dan Marc, and See-More Appliance. I have never had such a disappointing appliance experience. read more

When we went there last November (2014), we bought an Ice Box, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer. They beat all Home Depots prices and the delivery was free. Delivery was prompt and their sales and delivery staff are always courteous and professional. Two weeks ago, we decided to purchase a new stove but unfortunately accrued tons of Home Depot gift cards that we had to but it there. After Home Depots delivery service decided not to deliver on the date scheduled we immediately demanded a full credit for the purchase in cash. On Oct.1 2020 I ordered a refrigerator Model # KRFF302EBS. I was told it was not in stock but would ship in Nov. '20. I paid $2000 with the remainder due upon delivery, as instructed by the sales person. Since Nov. 20 I have made subsequent calls for updates and was told that there are delays in shipping. I called again in January and was told that the manufacturer has delays. However, a shipment is scheduled for March and I am one of the first few that will receive the item. I called back on March 6th for an update and was told that there are other customers on the list and I am now number 15. This was already a delayed Christmas gift and having paid $2000, I see there is no incentive for See-More to ship my order to me if the store has 78% of my money. They'll keep me waiting and continue to sell and ship the item to new customers as they have it listed on their website while I was told in January that this was now discontinued. I called the KitchenAid manufacturer and they said that while there are delays due to covid, shipments are scheduled for March 2021. They also said See-More should have placed a pending charge on my card until I received the order. The manufacturer also stated that they notify the distributors and I should have been updated. See-more website states "A Satisfied Customer is our #1 Priority!" which is false. They advertise a rebate on all KitchenAid appliances, which must be submitted prior to 7/21. I will not be eligible due to See-more since I don't have the serial number given I am still waiting for an order I placed 5 months ago. Per my conversation today with See-More, I am now #15 on the list, and will not be among the customers to receive this product in March 2021 when they are scheduled to receive this appliance in their warehouse from the manufacturer. See-more is still advertising this refrigerator on their website, making sales and taking customer's money when there is no assurance of a product being received. My husband and I had a GREAT experience with See More's service. We had purchased a dishwasher from another larger store and they refused to install it because of the way our sink/pipes were setup. Not only did See More's employees not have a problem they did it with a smile. They were so helpful and the delivery was prompt and they even unloaded and reloaded my cabinets. Knowledgeable sales people until there is a problem with appliance. Had my fridge delivered on 11/27/18 and to this day, 1/08/19, it is still not fixed. Repair guy came 2 weeks ago and said he needed to order parts. Today the salesperson told me that Seemore doesn't have access for ordering parts so he did put me on the schedule for a Maytag repair guy to come and fix it. On Saturday May 5, 2015 I went into See More to buy a refrigerator (mine died the night before). Saw the one I wanted and went to the counter. Was TOTALLY ignored, even though two salesmen were at the desk, one on the computer and one watching him. A salesman even came out of the back and asked someone else if they wanted help and then went back into the backroom. In the summer months when it is hot the freezer does not keep anything frozen including the ice. Everytime we call they tell us to call the manufacturer which will not cover repairs anymore. I have been dealing with these guys (See-More TV and Appliance) since 2004. I have bought 3 Tv's, 3 surround sound, and one microwave. Some of my coworkers have also purchased Tv's from these guys. They are reputable and honest. Ask for Gary or Mark - they are the owners. I took off one star because they use Stella Shipping and they are not the most reliable shipping company to deal with. In fact I lodged a complaint with Mark about their lateness in delivery. If they established a window, barring any unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (traffic issues etc), customers expect that they keep their timeframe. Do not purchase appliances from this store! They sell appliances that don't work and will not stand behind the products they sell to repair or replace them! My husband and I purchased a home in August from a contractor in colonia who purchased a dishwasher and stove from this store and had them installed prior to us buying the home. From the moment we moved in the appliances did not work. The stove overheats and the dishwasher can't even wash dishes. They come out filthy with build up over them. The contractor left us the receipt from his purchase of these items. Thus We tried calling seemore and their response was sorry we can't help you call the manufacturer. The manufacturer wouldn't help us either. They kept telling us someone would call us back to schedule an appt to come out and look at the appliance and for months no return call. We contacted seemore stating they sold the defective appliance abd should back up the product. Again they said we can't help you and yea we have heard there are problems with this company (Amana is the brand). So basically they knowingly sell defective products and are aware of the poor customer service the company provides and yet still sells their products in the store and doesn't care if it works or not after the customer purchases it! After seven months we find this ridiculous and We will continue to follow the proper avenues to get this resolved since seemore can't provide good customer service to their clients. read more
