Dave provided above and beyond advice while assisting me with picking out my new kitchen appliances. A wide range of choices and features at reasonable prices. The staff was very accommodating when my contractor had multiple questions about the power sources and other hook ups needed to fuel the appliances The delivery went smoothly and they carted away the old appliances. My neighbor had recommended Roger's to me and I will be recommending to others. Top notch products and services read more

I was very disappointed with Roger's. Customer Service is so bad and I was yelled at my the salesman who sold me my appliances when things didn't go well. He literally brought me to tears. It's a-shame, I used them years ago for my first house and they were great. Definitely not the same store. They deliver damaged appliances and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Do yourself a favor a go to PC Richard. They treated me with respect and kindness. read more

Improper dryer installation. Instead of using the oval to round transition fitting I was told would be used, the installer squeezed the flexible duct over the outlet and put a piece of tape over the front so it looked like it was sealed. 10 weeks later we noticed dust and lint all over the laundry room only to discover that the flexible duct had fallen off. Now I'm told they don't have an oval to round fitting. I'll have to go on Amazon (where they have many options) and do it myself. Buyer beware if you purchase from this company. read more

I just wanted to give a "shout-out" to one of your employees, Mr. Dave VanNorman. Mr. VanNorman interceded with us in acquiring a service visit from an Electrolux Service provider relative to a problem with our new Electrolux dryer. It seems to me that everyone is willing to sell us a service or product but very few are willing to provide that all-important "after-purchase" service. Mr. VanNorman didn't fail us. Thank you. read more

I had an excellent experience with Roger's this week. Ordered my appliances on Monday and received them on Friday. Our salesman Dave is very well informed and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. I'm thrilled with my new fridge and washer! I'll always use a small hometown business now, no more big box stores for me! read more

Our refrigerator died and we spent all day going from appliance store to appliance store. We knew what we needed to fit into our space and all the other stores said they couldn't deliver for at least 3 weeks. Imagine being without a refrigerator the week before Thanksgiving. Eric at Roger's said we could have it in a week with his men working overtime on a Saturday. We were so grateful for their excellent service. No one else could do that for us. We are so grateful to Roger's for making it happen! read more

My wife and I worked with Lois at the Flemington Department Store. She helped us pick out a GE washer and dryer that would fit down our narrow cellar steps. Lois was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Our appliances were ordered and delivered the next week. Russ and his crew carefully removed the old washer and dryer and thread the needle to deliver the new ones. The crew was personable and instructive. A positive experience. read more

Our dishwasher went out and GE service repairman suggested we replace, rather than repair. He looked over the GE website and suggested a GE model and Rogers Appliances in Flemington. I called on a Friday and Ryan took the call. In a few minutes the order was placed along with installation and extended warranty. On Tuesday they called to confirm delivery on Weds., and on Weds. Bob arrived. Bob put a masonite sheet on my hardwood floor to prevent scratches and removed the old, and installed the new. After he left, I realized I did not have an Owner's manual. I went online and downloaded the manual and noted GE had put that unit on sale. I called Ryan and Rogers honored their price guaranty issuing a credit to my credit card. I could not have asked for better service. I recommend and will patronize Rogers for my future appliance needs. read more

Have used Rogers Appliances many times because they have great prices, knowledgeable people, and a great selection of products. Deliveries are prompt. People who deliver are great at bringing in new appliance and removing the old. Would highly recommend. read more

Rogers Appliances' prices are very competitive. The customer service is excellent. I made a mistake with a warming drawer that I ordered and needed to return it. They were so accommodating and helpful about the return that I felt gratitude. I also bought a new dishwasher, and everything about that transaction went really well, including delivery, installation and removal of the old dishwasher. read more

Five months in to a kitchen renovation our new fridge was finally installed and was DOA Rogers was quick to find us a loaner so we could start using our new kitchen after months of construction. A tremendous relief to be met with timely support Buy local. read more

I went into store to purchase Refrigerator after shopping around. I have been a resident for 28 years and have purchased from Rogers before. Eric was salesman I met with. Very knowledgeable and went over and beyone explaining everything to me. Even asked me for pictures of a Subzero I needed hauled away. We went over prices and especially Delivery, Installation and haul away. $249.00 because of the built in. I went home told my husband Eric was terrific and whatever we decided on let's purchase from there. I applied for Rogers Credit Card was approved. Fast forward...Eric is off and I because of cost decided on another lower priced refrigerator. Started on line chat with "Kevin". Then emails with Kevin (all of which I have). We went from purchase of a Bosch with DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND HAUL AWAY for $150.00. Then when I changed the brand to Samsung and explained to be upfront about the subzero removal the cost went to DELIVERY, $175.00, $200.00 FOR REMOVAL and also wrote "I'm assuming we would just drop it off as your husband would need to modify the cabinet" (verbatim in email). He also emailed "Eric definitely quoted me wrong" but would honor that price. I then got a call from Kevin saying he was not going back and forth via email, he was trying to pull a fast one and now said the "$175.00 included a water line"!!!! No where in his email did he mentioned installation point blank said they were DROPPING THE REFRIGERATOR. Ok. This really was so dissappointing. I was hoping to hear from Eric because I wanted to make the purchase through Rogers but unfortunately I am forced to go with another store. But again ERIC was terrific. MZ read more

We couldn't have been happier with the time and info that Mike provided as we decided upon appliances for our new kitchen! After we made our selection and paid our deposit, the price of one of the items went down and Mike processed the adjustment right away. We were able to get the delivery date we wanted and as promised, got a call with the approximate delivery time the day before. The delivery men were professional and polite. 5 star service from beginning to end! read more

We were very happy with our experience and purchase with Roger's appliances. We decided to visit the store during the initial steps of our kitchen renovation. We dealt with Kevin and he was great. He was very informative and helpful. After researching all of our options, we decided to purchase our appliances from Roger's. The process went smoothly, and the delivery guys were very professional. Kevin is now our go to appliance sales person. Regards, Marvyn & Deborah read more

I have already recommended Roger's Appliances to my contractor. We had a wonderful experience from the beginning through to our delivery. The sales team was professional, extremely helpful, and kind. Our appliances were delivered quickly and the delivery team was very thorough in checking our pieces to make sure of any damage etc before leaving. Highly recommend! read more

I can't rate their appliances because both times my wife and I went in to purchase them we were either ignored or treated rudely. The first time we wandered over from the Dept Store and when we asked some questions we were treated as if we were bothering the staff person. Today, not realizing it was the same place, we went in to buy a washer, drier, and refrigerator. We were ignored. Another couple came in after us and they were helped. Maybe something else was going on but we felt as women we were treated differently. We left and went to another appliance store where we were treated well and bought everything. read more

We purchased a Maytag Commercial Washer and Dryer for our home in Yardley, Pa from Roger's Appliances in July. Kevin assisted us in the store and explained the different brands, types of washers and dryers and options available. The sales transaction was easy and later we decided we wanted to upgrade the washer to a bigger model and Kevin made the adjustment painless. Their delivery staff showed up on time and removed our old washer and dryer and installed the new Maytag washer and dryer with all new parts. My wife loves the new washer and dryer and the experience we had with Roger's Appliance. We will be back when we want to renovate our kitchen. read more

We needed a washing machine in a hurry when ours broke unexpectedly. We decided on the brand we wanted, and Dave at Roger's was incredibly helpful, telling us which models were available for same day pickup, and explaining the differences between the models. We were very happy with the customer service of everyone at Rogers, and are very happy with our new washing machine! Thank you! read more

Purchased microwave and given delivery date which I had to rescheduled due to a med emergency. Down hill from there. Scheduled for a week later only to receive a call stating they were cancelling due to possible inclement weather and rescheduled another week later. Two days before delivery received call saying could delivery on Thursday between 1-4. Thursday 4:30 received call saying deliveries backed up can't deliver on scheduled day Friday due to snow anticipated and would deliver Monday. Finally Monday it was delivered and installed. During installation installer never checked brand he was installing and assumed it was a Kitchenaid and used measurements from memory mounting hardware, Then realized it was a GE stating we are entitled to one mistake and had to remove and remount unit which left two small holes and dark pencil lines on wall visible under unit. During rescheduling had phone call with a rep at Rogers who had an attitude and simply said he would just drop off the unit himself or issue refund instead of delivering and installing which had already been paid in full. This wasn't an option.. Very disappointed in service. The salesman was great but ball dropped after that. During all this we received 3 phone calls from Rogers about another delivery for another address and town that apparently had our tel number and nothing to do with our order. After 1st call told them to correct the info but apparently never did. Very disappointed in overall experience and will probably never go back. read more

I needed a new dryer so I looked at what Roger's had for sale on the web. They had a few clothes dryers listed for sale on their web site, so I figured I would drive all the way to the store to check them out. It is a medium sized store with LOTS of appliances on display. The sales manager told me that they don't have clothes dryers in stock. They are in short supply due to the state the country is in. Yet, he still has them advertised. I asked if I could buy the display model and he told me no. Strange man. Strange Store. He lost a customer. read more

BE FOREWARNED: Terrible customer service and damaged appliances!! My husband and I were looking for a new dishwasher over this summer. We like to patronize the local, independent businesses, so we called Rogers Appliance in Flemington. Due to supply chain disruptions, we perfectly understood that the dishwasher we ordered could take up to 5 months to be delivered, but we put a deposit down and decided to proceed. About 3 months later we received a call and were told our new dishwasher would be installed shortly. The installation people were very courteous, but informed and showed us that our dishwasher was severely dented on the front (the box it came in was also severely damaged so I can't imagine why they loaded onto the delivery truck in the first place without checking it) . They had to return it to Rogers. We were then given a credit for our payment and told that they could deliver a different make that was in stock. OK, we thought. Well, within a week or so they arrived with the replacement dishwasher. Lo and behold - we were shown that not only was this dishwasher also damaged, but it was missing an important part on the back! That too had to be sent back to Rogers. I called Rogers and asked to speak with the manager/owner. I was told she was not available to speak with me and he would not be able to reach her because he didn't have her cell phone number for him to contact her(???) Definitely a red flag. A man from Rogers called my husband the next day (it was not the manager/owner - yet another RED FLAG) and my husband just told them to refund his payment. He was understandably fed up! I next looked up another local, independent appliance dealer, UNEEDA DISCOUNT APPLIANCES, in Raritan. They were terrific! We ordered a dishwasher in stock. It came on the designated day. No damage and the installation people went the extra mile to change the water tubing and make sure everything was working properly. Bottom line: Unless you're a true gambler at heart (I'm sure they have a few satisfied customers, but our experience leads us to believe they must be in the minority), or a glutton for punishment, I'd recommend purchasing from Uneeda Discount Appliances! read more

I have been purchasing all my appliances from Roger's for about 15 years. Turns out, the prices are the same as Home Depot and Lowes, but the service is incredible. You get the same installer most times and everything is handled for you. You get a delivery time. They are neat and conscientious. They make sure they put down protectors for your flooring. Also, the sales people don't get commission and they all work together to help you figure out what you need. They tell you the truth about things----For example, certain brands don't have a servicer in our Flemington area or parts are hard to come by. They know all the details about every item or they look it up and get answers. My salesman, John, enthusiastically showed me every option on my new GE stainless steel range because he had just purchased the same one---he was psyched about the 3 racks and the extra low setting for simmering....he even knew the degrees for each of the models on the floor! At Home Depot, I would be googling every single unit. I trust the people at Roger's and they have gone above and beyond in every interaction. Roger's was there when I renovated my kitchen and when I lost everything when lightning struck my house. They are kind and helpful. Purchase one appliance from them and you will be blown away by how easy they make everything! read more

I bought all my appliances from Rogers and it was a nightmare. First of all my original refrigerator fell off the delivery truck and they could not get me a replacement. The new refrigerator was a different size and the power configuration was different which cost me another $800 to redo things which Rogers did not even do the rightful thing to cover the costs. The refrigerator installer hired by Rogers, scratched and dented up my new hardwood floors which requires $2000 worth of repairs which Rogers completely backed out on paying for damages! Claiming they are not doing any further business with the contractor. What a mess! I would not recommend Rogers to anyone at this point. read more

We remodeled our kitchen and shopped every area store We ultimately used Rogers for a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and range. They were competitively priced and delivered and set up quickly. They no longer offer service but know several contractors in the area and provided referrals. We will consider Rogers for future appliance needs. read more

I went there a couple of years ago. wanted to get a dryer. all the people that work there were just standing around talking and not paying any attention to several people that were there. no help. one of them was running around like an a$$ with his pant legs rolled up making fun of someone that had been there earlier. They lost a sale, if not more that night. will not go back. if I could give no stars I would. read more

I have purchased a number of appliances from Rogers in Flemington, and found them to offer fair prices and friendly service. More importantly, since we have had problems with the brand of appliances we purchased (Thermador), Roger's stood behind their products. When you purchase a higher-end and more expensive brand like Thermador, you expect them to perform very well. But in 2-1/2 years, our Thermador range and dishwasher each had to be replaced once, and the Thermador microwave had to be replaced twice. Each time, Rogers Appliance took care of the problem, swapping out the items at no cost and at a convenient time to us. We have rarely found a company that stood behind their products like Rogers, even though the problems were with the manufacturer, not them. Thanks to Alex, the Manager for that. I highly recommend shopping at this store. read more

Three years ago my wife and I bought several appliances at this store. Our salesman was Jon was doesn't really know much about his inventory (which we did not know at the time because he spoke like he knew. We had trouble with the delivery (refrigerator was damaged, the oven and microwave were not installed properly). In time they were fixed with a lot of phone calls. The biggest problem was with our oven which was suppose to be self cleaning and salesman Jon told us it was. Well it wasn't self cleaning it was steam cleaning that is terrible. Many phone calls to Jon and Kitchen aid and nothing was solved. I would never, ever buy anything from Rogers, Jon or Kitchen aid. We finally replaced it with another brand that is true self cleaning. If you ever go there be very careful. I recommend never go there for any appliance. read more

I had never been here before and was disappointed in the customer service. I walked in ready to purchase a Miele vacuum from Roger's- an authorized dealer for them. I had a few questions about the model and was unable to get anyone's attention to ask and decided to peruse around the furniture section for a bit and try again. After 15 minutes, I tried to get someone's attention and many of the sales people were just standing around chatting with each other. I've never been to a place where the sales people actively avoid making eye contact with you. Needless to say, I left empty handed without any one ever addressing me and took my business to an authorized dealer elsewhere. read more

Purchase a Frigidaire refrigerator and have had nothing but problems. I have water leaking all over my kitchen floor and now the tiles are coming up. Of course the store has no prices listed on the web. Only a "call for quote" price listed on everything. So I called for a quote. Reponse was that they were busy and to leave my info and they'd call back later. (Three days and still waiting, BTW) In the meantime I filled out an online quote form for four items. A salesman, Kevin A, did respond to this request the following day but only for one of the items. When I emailed back what about the remaining items the response was that I'd need to come in with the model numbers (uh, those were all in the email and the initial quote request) so he could see what rebates and incentives were available. I asked again to just please just give me the prices without. Nope, insisted I need to come in for that. FAIL. I complied with your web site that says call for quote. The store did not follow through. No problem I took my $10,000 purchase elsewhere. FOLLOW UP: Ordered from Fergusons in Princeton. Customer service very good. Prices very good as well. read more

Disappointing to say the least. I ordered a range hood in January, was told I would have it in a week... a week came a went, I called and then was told it was on back-order, and would hopefully have it in 4-6 weeks. Sigh, I waited, 6 weeks later, I call again and find out they can no longer get the hood I ordered due to some issue with their distributor. Keep in mind, no one ever called me to tell me this, I had to call. I ask for alternatives for a 7 foot ceiling (99% of them will fit 8 foot or higher ceilings only), and they say a Whirlpool will work for me, so I order that. I get it a week later, and my contractor reviews and says it's not good for a 7 foot ceiling. I haul it back to the store for a return, and the manager jerks me around because the box was opened and a piece of styrofoam is missing in the packaging. He'll have to charge me a restocking fee. AWESOME. I complain but they won't budge. I consider the restocking fee cheap at this point, I've learned to never go to Roger's again. Small businesses just don't get it. When we built our home in 2002 we used Roger's for all of our major appliances and grill. The grill, refrigerator, clear ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, range, washer and dryer are all still going strong, I've been really happy with the KitchenAid, Whirlpool and Weber brands. The only issue we had was with the microwave door that was poorly designed by KitchenAid. And although the microwave still worked it would have been costly to replace just the door on an 11 year old microwave so with some guidance from Roger's I purchased a perfect replacement model with all of the features I was looking for. Roger's has really been terrific with their customer service, if any of my appliances need to be replaced we won't hesitate to go there for new purchases. read more

We purchased all of our appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and vent hood) for our kitchen remodel from Roger's Appliances. Our sales rep, Kevin, was patient and helpful through out the whole process. He spent a lot of time, over the course of several visits, helping us to determine which appliances would work in our design and explained the pros and cons of our options. When we realized that the microwave we chose might not fit into our cabinet design, he helped us to determine if there were any other options that might work and ultimately provided us with the name of a vendor that could manufacture a custom trim kit that would work with our original choice. All in all, we were pleased with the price and the customer service that we received at Rogers Appliances and will use them again in the future. read more
