When I arrived at the showroom, I was blown away by the variety of styles, finishes, and designed vignettes. It really helped me narrow down my vision and inspired so many ideas. What sets Kitchen Expo apart is the range they offer from stock, semi-custom, and fully custom cabinetry in a variety of styles and price points. I wasn't quite sure what to expect cost wise. But they guided me through the design process patiently, helping me explore different options that worked with my vision and my budget. I left feeling confident and excited, knowing I had chosen a kitchen I truly love. To my surprise, the Vice President came out to offer her insight and I had the pleasure of meeting Brian, the owner, who was wonderful. They both helped me work through some of my design ideas, mixing and matching colors with the flooring samples I brought in. There was no pressure, no pushy sales just support, flexibility, and amazing ideas. When I was torn between 2 cabinet styles, they talked it through with me with patience and understanding. I am a "do-it-yourself"homeowner and Went to Kitchen Expo with a Murphy bed design and needed bookshelves cabinets incorporated into the design. Worked with Ernie who provided excellent advise on the design. He was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain how to put it all together and I would highly recommend working with him. After the order was placed, the office staff provided follow up when the manufacturer was delayed by a week, and were very accommodating arranging the delivery. If I could give them a negative number I would. The designer was fantastic but their product and customer service is BEYOND HORRENDOUS. They don't care about the customer. We had the misfortune of ordering a kitchen from them in November. Well, 3 replacement shipments and 5 months later we still don't have the kitchen in. They could care less about me having to have the contractor return time and again to something they can't install. The company rep came in as well and placed the replacement order herself and they still messed it up. I'm sure one of their reps is gonna respond with some hogwash below, but no matter what they say DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WORK WITH THIS PLACE. It's like asking for a snake bite. read more

A detour that unexpectedly took me by Kitchen Expo was the beginning of a very positive kitchen remodeling adventure with results that I would have only dreamed of. Definitely, poor customer service. As we walked in the showroom on a Saturday morning, a sales named Mark were there, the show room seemed to have only 2 people included him work there. I politely ask who I can speak to if I would like to get a quote for a new kitchen renovation. He replied me rudely " I DONT KNOW". wow, really? I worked with Kitchen Expo for the complete renovation of my kitchen. Their designer, Ernie, came up with a perfect design for my needs within 24 hours. My kitchen is now complete after 4 months and it is everything I wanted and with quality workmanship. They were willing and quick to respond to minor adjustments and touch-ups after completion. The only complaints I have are that the new cabinetry sat in my garage for over a month and no one checked to see that it was all in good condition and what I ordered. A month later, they installed them and no one noticed that they were the wrong design and two doors did not match. They offered to reorder, but I accepted the design to avoid further delays. The two mismatched doors were corrected. They also had advised me that my appliance layout would fit into their design and advised me on the size appliances to order. At the very end, my refrigerator would not open into the doorway beside it so the doorway had to be enlarged. Fortunately, that was possible. The contractor tried to convince me to get a compact refrigerator instead of correcting it. Eventually, he agreed to correct it at his cost instead of wanting me to share the cost. The workers for the contractor were very dedicated and capable. In the end, I ended up with a beautiful kitchen and am very pleased. I have recommended them to friends. Ernie, the designer at the showroom, is very knowledgeable and helpful. The contractor was very courteous and responsive but often not quick to respond to various installation problems. Wow!!! Garbage this place sells garbage they claim the cabinets they sell are American and better than other cabinet retails. Stay away!!! The cabinets they sold me was cheap quality with spray marks and even had chips. The customer service is even worse they don't care about the delay they caused by this and claim it's normal to receive damaged cabinets. All the cabinets had some kind of defect and looks terrible also the counter top they sold me was even worse. The style of cabinets and counters I have purchased in the past from a different retailer and never have they looked this low quality. Also the salesmen Gary is not knowable he claimed kitchen cabinets don't come pre cut to fit farm sinks which is not true. On top of all this they got the wrong dimensions for the counter top and had to take it back. This caused a huge delay in my work and I couldn't list my house for weeks. At the end of all this I wish I never purchased from them and want to put these cabinets where they belong in the garbage!!!!! You have been warned!!! Stay a read more

My building on the upper west side of Manhattan contracted with Kitchen Expo to install all the kitchen cabinetry. Within 6 months (all the owners of the apartments have experienced this problem) paint began to peel off the cabinet and the white color began to yellow. The company admitted that there were problems with the finish of the cabinets and replaced some of the doors. The problem persisted with paint chipping and peeling and they refused to acknowledge the problem and said it was due to cabinets getting wet. I spoke to the VP of the company who refused to acknowledge that they had previously said there was a lifetime guarantee on the cabinets. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

There were a couple of smaller issues with our order, but Charles was very responsive and made sure that everything ended up just as we wanted. This has been the worst experience anyone could ever imagine. I want to begin by saying my salesman Ernie was absolutely professional, well-experienced, and a knowledgeable person. He was professional through and through. We purchased our cabinets in October 2017. The work began by a contractor affiliated with Kitchen Expo called Kitchen Experts. The work began in November. Originally, we were promised an end date of Thanksgiving. That didn't happen. The work ended before Easter Sunday, 2018. Before the cabinets could be delivered we had to pay Kitchen Expo in full. The cabinets arrived and some were damaged. CNC cabinets was the cabinet maker. AVOID this cabinet manufacturer also wherever you purchase your cabinets. CNC is based in N.J. Cabinets were installed and doors had to be switched continuously until the end of March 2018, five months after our purchase. Continuous phone calls, emails, photos were sent back and forth with a person named Robin. Very poor customer service skills. She insisted the cabinet door replacements be sent to our home instead of Kitchen Expos storefront. We could never speak to an owner regarding our issues. Finally, my wife insisted no more phone calls and instructed Kitchen Expo to receive and inspect the doors before they were sent to our home. They finally agreed after months of receiving damaged doors. We could not host Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or new Years Day with relatives in our home. This experience was a nightmare. My wife and I would never do business with this company again or recommend them to anyone. The finished product 5 months later looks beautiful. The process along the way and experience was "ugly". Jay D I don't know who you are as I have never spoken to you or heard of you before. My town delayed this 2 weeks not 2 months so get your facts straight. I received broken cabinets which had to be replaced at least 4 or 5 times. I had the last delivery sent to your showroom because I was tired and disgusted about the issues we were experiencing. The final project was done and completed just before Easter Sunday. I spent too much time and effort regarding this issue. The cabinet manufacturer had to redesign the cabinet hinges so the doors would not hit each other when closing. I can go on and on sir but I am not wasting anymore of my time. Ernie was great. The whole process and experience was horrible. Take ownership of your own mistakes and stop making excuses. We used Kitchen Expo to replace certain cabinetry for a kitchen in a newly bought house. One of the pieces was the molding of our kitchen island. A designer from kitchen expo came to our home to recommend what we should order. What we ordered based on Kitchen Expo's recommendation did not march the color of our island. And we were then told the manufacturer doesn't make that same piece anymore. When we requested our money back, Kitchen Expo claimed that they told us at the time of ordering the molding wouldn't match. I have been delighted with my kitchen and the service I received from Mark Fasulo of Kitchen Expo in Fairfield. Mark helped select the cabinets based on what I told him and he was very instrumental in selecting the cabinets and draws that worked best in my kitchen as based on how I function there. He "listened"...and patient...can't believe he did not quit after me. But he hung in and I am so happy he did. Everyone who comes into our home remarks about the kitchen. It really is stunning and more than that...it has been 2 years and looks, works like the day it was installed. That's saying something. Never had to call Mark to fix this or that.
