This model had a pet attachment that spun for the stairs and upholstery, a long power retract cord, power assist, tons of gadgets that stored in the unit and a really wide cleaning head. Rich Ihling said the problem was a simple switch which he ordered and installed for a fraction of the price it would have cost for a new washer. He could have easily said that the washer was too old and then sold her a new one. He didn't. The washer is working great! I updated my kitchen in 2007 and used Ihling's for every appliance.
