We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

Sorry, but YOU are the ones that installed and moved the smoke detector, NOT the contractor and now it's going to take a small fortune to fix their screw up (WHILE THEY GET OFF SCOTT FREE) to bring my house up to code. The second they agreed to do that they should made sure the job was up to code - even if it was "under their permit." Avoid at all costs.

He assessed the situation and was able to re-wire and install the ceiling fan which included a quick trip to the appliance store to provide a needed wall plate for that new fan. After that, he helped us reassemble and position bed that originally needed to be moved to get at the ceiling fan. Well, it has been one week since Jared has installed ceiling fan and the fan is working great!

Salem Electric has been the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. They employ around 50…read moremostly young, inexperienced apprentices, and the only licensed electrician in the entire company is the owner. By law, he is required to supervise-train and at minimum inspect the work performed by his apprentices at the end of each day. Not once -- not once -- did I ever see him step foot on my project. This company handled the electrical work for my entire new build home, and the result speaks for itself: my house failed inspection four times. I eventually brought in a separate, fully licensed professional, ( at the end of the job) who immediately identified that the work had clearly been done by first-year apprentices. Even more alarming, he found serious issues that multiple inspectors had missed. The entire experience has been unacceptable, unsafe, and well below the legal standard of care..... AND the time lost on the project was incredible never mind the MONEY!! Salem is not charging apprentice, prices by any stretch... and this is NOT the fault of the apprentices... I often felt badly for them with NO HELP!!

We are under an annual service contract where they come 2x's per year. Technicians and electricians are courteous and professional and don't pressure you to perform extra services. And one advantage to having a service contract is that in an emergency you get priority treatment. We have had one AC emergency in five years and received a repair within 24 hours. We also contracted with Pezz to install a whole house humidifier, a whole house surge suppressor, several lighting fixtures and exhaust fans and they replaced all of our interior switches and receptacles in our 30 year old house. The prices they charge are fair and competitive. We have been very happy with their services.

The office staff at Red's was patient and knowledgeable. Making the appointment took mins and the woman answering the phone answered all my questions. The technician that showed up was fantastic- cleaned my unit inside and out (old company never did), performed a full service and transfer test. He showed me how to manually transfer also (I had never learned) and put me on their dealer fleet monitoring. They have 24/7 emergency service and the calls go to an actual employee - not an answering service. The owner is a local firefighter in town also- the commitment to their local community evident.
