Instead of standing behind their vehicle, I've been passed back and forth between Bryden Motors and Stellantis for two months with no meaningful resolution. I was never offered a loaner vehicle and essentially told to kick rocks. I'm facing a potentially enormous financial loss. Be very careful dealing with Bryden. If something goes wrong, you could be left high and dry as I was. I STRONGLY encourage people to look elsewhere. I've now filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Wisconsin DATCP, and Wisconsin DOT, and have shared my experience on Google and DealerRater. When I first arrived to look at the vehicle, the passenger-side door handle was off because an employee broke it that day. The owner Ryan, was not initially planning to fix it or provide a replacement due to a $500 off deal. I had to speak up and explain that, considering I was purchasing the vehicle outright in cash, I felt it was reasonable to expect this issue to be addressed as I was not aware of it prior. He eventually agreed to order the handle and ship it to me. I had it put back on myself. Now, I am facing a major transmission failure. My mechanic has also raised concerns about signs of possible previous work on the transmission. I understand that used vehicles can have problems, but the severity of this issue and the circumstances surrounding it are extremely concerning. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have called and emailed the dealership and have repeatedly been told I would receive a call back from Ryan that day. Yet those promised responses have not materialized. I have made multiple attempts to speak with the owner and give the dealership an opportunity to address my concerns, but I have not received a response. I saved my money to purchase this vehicle and put a great deal of trust into this business. I have tried to be patient, reasonable, and respectful throughout this process. I am incredibly disappointed that I have had to chase the dealership for a response after spending a great deal of money. II called several times through the whole day today and not one answer.
