Found this place with a simple google search. Seemed like a good place to come for breakfast. They do have several breakfast items, other than crepes. So everyone should find something they will like. As we walked in, we were greeted by Freddy. We told him it was our first time, and he politely went through the menu which is up on the wall. I love when you can watch the chefs make your food. The crepes are being made right up front. Takes skill to thin out the batter into a round circle without the batter running over the edge. The chef made it look effortless. After we placed our order. We got a number to bring to our table. After a short moment, Freddy brought our food over to us. My maple pecan waffle smelled like Texas heaven. And that scoop of gelato on top, was wonderful. I was inducted in the clean plate club this breakfast. The concept is cute and the smoked salmon omelet was genuinely good. But good food alone can't carry a restaurant when everything around it falls apart. We visited on a Sunday morning and counted seven unbussed tables during our entire meal. And I don't meant it was a busy Sunday morning. The place was kind of empty. The ice machine was empty. Incredibly disappointing experience. This was my first and probably my last time here. I waited for an hour and never even received my food. What made it worse was watching multiple people who ordered well after me receive their food and finish eating, while the person who ordered right before me had already left. When I finally gave up and asked for a refund, I was told they were unable to issue one and could only give me a gift card instead. First visit here. It is rather nice especially considering you place your order at the counter and then they bring it to you. I tried the Huevos Ranchero. What a crazy thing to order this at a crepe restaurant!! Let me tell you that every single ingredient was amazing and fresh. Best pinto beans and I wish I could describe the flavor to you but I can't. When that happens, you know it is remarkable!! The eggs, chunky tomatoes are so fresh and rich with flavor. The avocado may be the very best avocado I have ever had. The two small corn tortillas were not the crunchy kind and I loved them. This dish was so good that I don't think I could ever order anything else from there!! However, their Chicken Tortilla Soup looked good. Lots of specialty coffees to choose from. And gelato!!! At least I think it is gelato. Looked so, so good. I will say it is quite expensive. There are cups on top of the display unit with pricing. BUT!!!! If it is good, it would definitely be worth it. We encountered "Cora" who appeared to be a smart ass when she replied "we have three of them" (no smile) when we shared our observation that several tables had piles of dishes. My wife and I were excited to have breakfast at this place. My wife kept telling me how good the food and service are. We ordered our breakfast plate with coffee and lemonade. The eggs and bread came cold. I wanted to take it back but my wife talked me into not saying anything so I just sat and drank my lemonade. Her eggs were cold as well and when she finished her coffee, no one came to check on our table and the tables on both sides of us. I finally got up and walked up to the kitchen area and told the two gentleman's in the kitchen that we have been waiting for a waiter to check the tables so that we can get a coffee refills. The gentleman pointed to one of their young guys to get my emptied coffee cup. The young man, brought a cup full of coffee and before I went back to my table, told them to please check the other tables for refills and service. Great service and perfect location. The dining room offers lots of seating inside and patio seating outside. It's a great space for adults and kids to enjoy. I don't think this place has been open for three months yet. It has a vast space with two different seating areas: one on the left, where you place your order, and another on the right with lots of room for large groups. Went in today for dinner, and the ambiance was tranquil, not much traffic coming in and out. I like that they have an ice machine with cups to get your water. The young lady and the register taking our order lacked energy and enthusiasm; she did not welcome us, ask if this was our first time, or recommend anything for us to try. When eating at a new place, I don't mind any recommendations. I like that you can clearly see how your food is being prepared. I am glad to have a different type of food in the area; there are too many fast foods in Cibolo already, and we need no more. What we are lacking is family-owned restaurants with originality and flavor. Sadly, while this place is different, the food lacked flavor. I could tell that everything was freshly prepared, but I had to add salt to my pasta because the chicken had no seasoning. The pasta brand was not the best; it lacked flavor as well, and even though it was well-cooked, it had a hard texture, as if it were undercooked. I might give it another chance and try one of their crepes and a cup of coffee next time, even though the crepes look a little sad. read more

Took my dad to Crepeccino for the first time today, and it was such a great experience! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. The door was opened for us, and a gentleman greeted us with a smile, shared some menu highlights, and made us feel right at home. At the counter, the sweetest young lady helped us out. I simply asked for her recommendation, and I'm so glad I did! I ended up with the Cinnamon Butter Crepe and an Iced Caffè Mocha with White Chocolate, while my dad went for the French Burger. The café itself is spacious with plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is really inviting. Once we ordered, we found a table and relaxed. Our drinks were brought over first, followed by our food not long after, both beautifully presented (I only wish my photos did them justice!). My dad couldn't stop raving about his burger he said it was the best he's had in years, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. My crepe was light, sweet, and absolutely delicious definitely the right choice over something heavier. Before leaving, we made sure to thank the staff for their wonderful service. You enter and order in line, would be nice to have menus so you're not straining to see the overhead menu board and can decide well prior to reaching the cashier. Seating is you taking a number and finding yourself a spot. Not too bad but plenty of tables done with meals and sitting and talking. We found a spot however that's when the experience turned. Observed a few tables where the plates were cleared but the tables not wiped down, nor are there napkins to clear off the previous meal from the people before. Received our meal and while the crepe was good the waffle was cold, became even more noticeable when after half way done they tried to bring another so this one must have been sitting and they just ran it out. Tables to our right and behind had to ask about missing g meals for their tables. Seems like there needs to be more of a quality control check and ensuring they place all meals in order. read more

This was my second time coming here. First had a great experience. This time I waited for someone to take my order. There were 5 people working behind the counter. Finally got acknowledged order was taken. I arrived around 10ish. Many tables had not been cleared of dirty dishes or tables wiped down for next customer. I received my order and told the person that I was still waiting for my not drink. Was told they were making it. My waffle had a slight burnt taste to it. I finished my order when my drink finally arrived. It was luke warm. Was not impressed on my second visit. I realize there are kinks that need to be worked out when a new place opens. But there should be more than one person who can work the register and get customers taken care of. While the prices are high, their menu does feature a wide range of different options :) I have tried the Nutella and Strawberry Croffle and the Nutella and Strawberry Crepe, and both were delicious! Personally, I found their coffee to be the real star of the show, I adore the Italian Cappuccino. The music and decor create a lovely atmosphere that I really enjoy. First of all this place is a 10 out of 10. The only issue is parking sucks. But let me start from the beginning when I arrived. I was waiting for some friends and one of the workers told me just sit down at any table to be more comfortable even got me a water. Then when my friends did come we ordered and everything came out so fast. The food was good. I got a crêpe which I love my friends got soup and waffles which I didn't even know they also serve different types of food. We absolutely enjoyed it and they kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Honestly great customer service great food. And it's so spacious and big inside for a big group. I'm not a person to care if the cashier asks "how are you" or make small talk during the process of ordering but I didn't even get a hi or bye at all. Food and drinks: this was my first time trying the Florentine crepes and it was YUMMY, very flavorful and good portion size. The iced matcha latte left me disappointed because its color and flavor was just straight up like a glass milk. (Though I love milk) it tasted nothing to matcha flavor. But next time I'll try their coffees or other drinks. The restaurant is very spacious and lots of tables and sitting areas inside and outside. Great place to have large groups! A great choice for breakfast or brunch in the San Antonio area. I stopped in with my daughter for breakfast before a swim meet a few weekends ago. There was a long line but the service was fast and steady. We had waffles and eggs and beef sausage. Everything tasted really good. For a strawberry waffle it took 40 minutes for them to bring it out, when we went up to the counter to see what the hold up was it was sitting on the counter collecting flies with the staff conversing with each other. Only came here on Mother's Day. The way to order is a line however they let you make a reservation that does nothing, you still must wait in a line. The line is to the register which you pay at before you get your food. Find your own seating. For some reason when your food is ready the staff has to find you and your number (given at the register) so they are running around the whole restaurant with your food. I think the experience would improve if the restaurant worked more efficiently. Personally I think assigning waiters to tables and getting rid of the line all together, so the people who paid for food already don't have to wait over an hour to get their food. Adding alcohol to the menu would make sense, mimosas, vodka coffees. The food was good, however it took an hour and a half to get it after paying. read more
