I love when you can watch the chefs make your food. The crepes are being made right up front. Takes skill to thin out the batter into a round circle without the batter running over the edge. The chef made it look effortless. After we placed our order. We got a number to bring to our table. After a short moment, Freddy brought our food over to us. My maple pecan waffle smelled like Texas heaven. And that scoop of gelato on top, was wonderful. I was inducted in the clean plate club this breakfast.
