Good good good. Did I mention good? Very good actually. Delicious. This little food truck is servicing up delicious fried chicken in large portions. They're very friendly and answer any questions. There are many ways to try your chicken on the menu. Bone in pieces(except the breast which is a large boneless piece), tenders, sandwiches. And today being Friday they had fish. I tried the bone in pieces, fries, and the fish. All very good seasoned well. Good flavor. And fried to perfection. I will say if you get the whole pieces and get the breast eat it first. It got a little dry as I waited to eat it last. Fries are very good. The biscuits are killer. My son had a the reggae sandwich I believe it was called and he inhaled it. Another good thing is you can eat in the big hops. So even though it's a hundred degrees outside you can enjoy your food inside. And they bring it to you from the truck. So awesome. The chicken and fries were great. The sauce is their version of Cane's sauce but lacks the taste. The macaroni tasted like it was a frozen dinner or the same equivalent and KFC. Everything tasted really great but the chicken was over salted. I'm 56 and normally need to add salt to everything so when something tastes too salty, it is. My 15 year old said the same. Great causal chicken place! They fry the chicken nice and crispy! Superbly seasoned. The owner came out to check on us and brought some of their spicy may - very nice! We had street corn salad and spicy mac and cheese as sides. The salad was refreshingly different - like traditional street corn, but cool and not overly spicy from the jalapenos. The map makes it look like this food truck is in front of Big Hops, nope. Go around the back side and find a nice pavilion with about 10 tables. It is tucked away from view! We ordered a chicken plate, the Reggae sandwich, tenders, fries and Mac-n-cheese. The chicken was good but not my style. It's a battered chicken. It's crispy but the batter is very thick. Same with the tenders. The chicken sandwich was good but I got to a thick part and I wasn't sure if it was cooked all the way. It was oozing with juices. I'm 75% sure it was cooked, I just get nervous with chicken. The juices wasn't all the way running clear. The fries were really good! Crispy, hot & seasoned. The Mac-n cheese was runny and was bland. I read the reviews, and based on the first review posted that I had to try it. We got the La Familia meal. 6 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, and 4 sides. First off, the chicken is off-the-hook. crispy outside, juicy tender inside with spectacular flavor..... it's Amazing!I would keep talking about it, but there's more. The 4 biscuits are not your typical side item. They are honey bang tremendous. Honey sweet outside with a crunchy bottom,  soft center, and full of flavor. NOT basic biscuits. Then the 4 sides. I didn't think you could make green beans taste that good, but they are, with a tomato broth that you want to drink after. The fries are hands down the best fries and coating on them. And the mac & chesse is good.. but i think we need to try the spicy style next time. We also tried a chicken sandwich on special that paid homage to an Italian style dressed with arugula and sauce that my wife is now forever hooked on. Crispy sauce is great, but I love the Huli huli bbq.. OMG. On our next visit, we will try the soy bang bang and avocado ranch. There is a covered patio to eat, and Big Hops beer is there that you can have a drink. He said they do live music on Friday's. I recommend the plain tenders cause the hot is pretty hot. Not unless you can handle spicy lips lol. Chicken tenders was some of the best I've ever had. You guys won't be disappointed.
