So I've been talking my dog the West Seneca location pet supplies Plus for her grooming…read moreapproximately the last year at the very least, I just had a current appointment about a week ago and I thought the grooming went well. The people were nice and it seemed like my dog's haircut was good untill I looked a little closer. I have an American Eskimo dog with a very thick undercoat so most of her appointments average 3 hours because there's lots of brushing and bathing and hair cutting involved. The last three times I've taken my dog to the pet supplies Plus in West Seneca her grooming appointment was finished within an hour and a half. No I didn't think nothing of it at the time. So after her most recent appointment I looked a little closer at her fur and realized that the people grooming my dog and pet supplies Plus was not properly grooming her. They did not brush the undercoat to the point that it got so mad at and my dog is overheating inside her body and I didn't realize it until now. They were not brushing her coat out so after three appointments of bathing and thinking that she's getting her coat brushed out they did not do it and her coat is now matted. And this is a problem for me because now I have to do all the work myself and on top of it I tipped the groomers very generously. I do not like this location and I do not recommend you spend one dime in this location. I've also had other issues in the past they have stolen money from me because the people there are incompetent and way too young. More training is necessary for these younger people. How can I entrust these people with my fur baby. I won't be going to this location anymore I have found other avenues to take.

Klaus would practically bound across the parking lot to get into to see all of his friends amongst the staff and fellow boarders. Over the course of two years he spent the majority of weekdays at PetSmart. We monitor our dog's behavior closely and based on our observations know that Klaus was welcomed and well cared for by the staff. We recently moved to North Carolina and were floored that the staff were so thoughtful to send Klaus some going away presents -- presents that indicated they knew Klaus like we know Klaus: breath chews to make his sardine habit less offensive, hip and joint chews for the old boy, a blanket for his naps, and balls for the puppy inside. We can't recommend this location any more than five stars, and so all I can say is that it's an honest and well earned five stars.

I didn't end up buying anything but will definitely be back here when I don't live in the city and am able to put our bird feeders. They have an amazing selection of different feeders and seeds/foods. They also have books, gifts, and other bird related things. Really neat store and all the workers were so friendly and helpful. They set up bird feeders outside the store so you can see tons of different types of birds eating while you're shopping. Would definitely recommend this for birding enthusiasts.

Apparently it…read morewas a dream! ;) So I've wanted to check out this store for awhile now, after the first time I passed it on the way to the McKinley mall. By the time I notice the place though it's always too late to stop, and I always forget. I made a point of checking it out this weekend with my mom and I'm very happy that I did because this place is AMAZING! First off, it's in a unassuming strip mall, so we really didn't know what to expect. I noticed some morning doves hanging out in the trees outside before walking in so I'll take that as a good sign. ;) The store is really stocked with everything you could want/need/desire for birding. We came specifically looking for a bluebird feeder and they had a few to choose from. That's a few more than all the stores we had checked before. They have bird feeders and houses, tons of different seed, suet cakes, bark butter and more. They even have decorative pieces and some gift shop type items for us humans. :) The woman we talked with was INCREDIBLY helpful, answered all our questions and then some, without trying to up sell us or anything (which I sincerely appreciate). We left with the blue bird feeder we wanted, some bark butter, nyjer seed and some free seed as well. I cannot wait to go back and we will be going soon for a oriel feeder! Oh, and if you venture out to this store, stop for a bit and watch the birds in their little side yard. It's cool to watch all the woodpeckers and the squirrels on bungees are hilarious! :)

When you step in, you're likely to be greeted by a shop dog (the golden retriever girl is an absolute delight - loves to be pet and is the calmest pup you will ever meet). The staff I've spoken with here are always so friendly, so obviously pet owners when you have a conversation with them. There's a great amount of passion in their pets, and the products they provide at this shop! All of the treats and food here are so obviously carefully selected - the brands they have here are free of all those preservatives and by-products that your average dog treat brand has - and the best part is, they're all fairly inexpensive! I've brought home a couple of different kinds of treats from here, and my dog absolutely loves them. I found out she goes crazy for lamb and was recommended these small hard cookie treats, and she'd probably eat the whole bag if she could. They've also got some really cute apparel and accessories here! My dog is a bit too big for a lot of their outfits, which seemed to just be for tinier dogs anyway. But they've also got some really nice collars with different unique patterns on them, and leashes! Let's not forget the dog toys too - they've got an assortment of enrichment toys, eco-friendly, pull ropes - you name it. I now plan my errands like a chess match just so I can swing by when I'm on that side of Buffalo--because yes, it is absolutely worth it. This is a locally owned pet boutique where you don't feel like a transaction--you feel like a regular, even if weeks go by between visits. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely attentive. There is one wonderful woman who helps me every single time I'm there (and Lord forgive me, I can never remember her name), but she consistently goes above and beyond--right down to carrying my haul out to the car for me. And trust me... it's a haul. I rarely leave with fewer than six containers of Dogs Eat Rite raw food, plus goat's milk, and usually a little Green Juju for good measure. Without her help, I'd be making multiple trips--and probably impressing my Health app with all the extra steps I am getting. They've special-ordered items for me before, listened carefully to what I'm looking for, and helped me choose what actually fits my dog's needs (which, let's be honest, are also my needs). The quality of products in this store is outstanding. And the treats--excuse me, cookies (as they are called in my house)--are next level. Chicken feet, duck hearts, and every imaginable dried organ, all enthusiastically approved and promptly inhaled by my very opinionated eater who is DEFINITELY a Good Girl. Earthwise Pet is one of those rare places that makes you feel taken care of--both you and your pet. Even from 40 minutes away, I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
