Stopped in here during my lunch to pick up a basket that I won when Fix A Bull was doing a fundraiser. I brought Cooper along and we bought a couple bags of treats. The employee was welcoming and very friendly. Cooper doesn't like to eat when he is anxious and out of the house and she offered him a variety of treats, including goat, and he wouldn't budge. I really appreciated her for trying. I told her it wasn't her, but him. He rarely ever accepts any treats from anyone. Cooper made a friend with a puppy, who was adorable. The prices are reasonable and the set up is wonderful. I like the brightness of the store, the ease of browsing, and the friendly and attentive employees. Cooper and I will be back, but when we have more time to shop. read more

I was in desperate need of dog food during the blizzard, and thankfully Daisy's was open and walkable from my location. The store had a huge selection of food brands, and a cute section of apparel and gear. Prices were reasonable and the owner was so helpful and kind. I've been dying to check this place out ever since I adopted my CBF (that's Canine Best Friend). I hadn't actually anticipated coming here when I did, only deciding to do so when I looked across the street and realized how close it really was to where we were going. All I could do was cross my fingers and hope they were open! This is very much a doggy boutique, and a pretty great one at that. Daisy's Doghouse has all sorts of goodies for your pup, including harnesses and collars, leashes, treats by the dozen! Even those glow-in-the-dark clips for your dog to wear on their collar at night. I was specifically looking for some Fetch! Dog Treats when I walked in, but in addition to those, they had many other options for treats, all of which were organic. Speaking with the staff, I learned that dogs weren't the only ones who could enjoy these treats...yes, I was offered a treat, and I ate it proudly. They're actually pretty delicious. I totally suggest asking for a sample when you come here. I loved being able to come here and gush about how great my dog is, without worrying about anyone getting sick and tired of it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even let their own pooches hang out around the store during the day. Must be such a doggy paradise. I brought my girl home some delicious treats, and she loves them! I want to be able to bring her to the store sometime, I'm sure she'd have such a good time. During COVID, these wonderful people went the extra mile to help me shop for my dog and get gifts for friends: emailing with me to give advice about what to get, accepting credit card over the phone, and offering curbside pickup or incredibly speedy home delivery of the items. Even not during COVID, you are always guaranteed a smiling face and friendly advice when you go to Daisy's. They're experts and they care about pets so much. So cute! On my way to another Hertel hotspot I popped in here as I passed by. We don't have a dog right now but I do have lots of dogs in my life. So a store like this is good for me to know about. Love love love love this local pet shop! They have everything from outfits and beds to unique treats and food. They even had items that we were searching for on amazon right in the store! (Highwave brand auto dog mug - a water bottle for your pup that doesn't waste water!!) We love coming in to buy treats or new items with our puppy because the customer service is just as amazing as the store. Don't let the name fool you(even though it is really cute!)! If you are a cat owner you can get cat food and supplies here too! My cat eats a brand of food (Fromm) that is hard for me to find with out ordering it online. On the rare occasion that it may not be in stock, Daisy's will order it for you! I LOVE that they also have cats from local shelters in their store to help promote their adoption too! Daisy's is perfect for dog lovers but it's a really good find for cat lovers too! read more

Cute store. Not too much of a selection, but the things they do have are very reasonably priced. The store is bright, clean and welcoming. The owner was very nice and leashed pets are welcomed. Absolutely love Daisy's! We live in the neighborhood and I walk my Teddy down here on his special "big walk" days as it's about an hour round trip for us. My Teddy is a beagle and his nose has real and true memories for places that give him treats. He knows we are going to Daisy's as soon as we hit North Park Theater. The staff is amazing, there is a girl who brings her dog in, Neil Patrick Harris, and the owner who are regularly working. They remember my Teddy's name and spoil him with treats the moment we walk in the door. They have the most unique selection of items here. I purchased him a whole tailgate setup here, including a bills jersey, dog beers, and a pizza decorated cookie. The toys they sell are durable and last a long time. We got him a Sabres winter jacket here. The treats are great tasting and good for dogs. I love walking in and seeing what they have for my baby (despite my husbands insistence that he doesn't need anything new). Daisy's is a dog owners dream store. We were out during the Hertel Holidays Shop and Dine last night, and while walking along Hertel after grabbing Tacos from Lloyd's, spotted Daisy's. We spent a while talking with the boutique owner, Lisa Samar, and her sister Kim, who was there to help her sister out during the nights opening event, and both were just the friendliest, helpful and genuinely nice people you could ever wish to meet. While we were there, we purchased our English Springer Spaniel furry baby, Remington, a super new bed. A large Bessie + Barnie bagel bed, made in South Florida, that's so comfy you just want to curl up on it yourself! Super cute! I don't have dogs, but I love pet stores. I stopped in here while waiting to be seated at Mac's on Hertel across the street. I'm so glad I did! It's aimed towards dogs, but the owner Lisa was there and I asked if she had any cat treats. She said yes and showed me, pointing out each variety. They're from Zuke's, and the treats are made without corn, wheat, or soy, and the main ingredient was the meat protein of whatever variety. My cat Summer is ridiculously picky, but I hate feeding her the treats I have, so I picked up the Tuna treats and purchased them. And she loves them!! Like, she's obsessed with them! She's hilarious, she'll actually meow at me and lead me to the treats and rub up against them (they're on the nightstand next to my bed). Not only that, but my other cat, Little Guy, who you can't entice with food at all, even enjoys them! He would just ignore the last treats, but these he actually eats and looks to me for more. It's unreal! And I'm happy giving these to him because they're also made with cranberries to promote urinary tract help, which he has a diagnosed problem with. So definitely go here! The staff is wonderfully helpful, the store is clean, you can bring your dogs, and the food is fantastic; definitely pet approved! read more

After my lunch at Mac's. I noticed this pet boutique. They carry a lot of unique things for both cats and dogs. My biggest complaint and the reason for the one star. There was not one person in this store as I came into the store there was a young man standing behind the counter. He never said hi is there anything in particular you're interested in! I mean some sort of greeting would've been nice. I REFUSED to support any businesses that treat customers as if we're a Number. I received better treatment at PETSMART! Which is unfortunate but if you can't greet your customers then you're in the WRONG BUSINESS! read more

This shop was terrific... and very welcoming of my very hesitant dog (appropriately on a leash). By the time we were leaving, he'd grown quite comfortable with the royal treatment he got as a customer. The owner was informative and honest, and when we got home her advice proved to be sound.
