The attendant was nice, she let me pick the colors. I kept apologizing that for 29 cents a fish I was probably asking too much, but she didn't mind. When I checked out I realized I forgot to get fish food, the cashier went to get a can for me. Overall, I had a great experience at this store.

First I was told it was there was no class then I'm told it was pushed back and ask "weren't you notified?" I said no I was not. Then I was told there was a computer "glich" and they would have Kali call me "when she gets a chance", to which I responded I wanted a call as soon as she walked in on Sunday with an explanation. Sunday comes and I FINALLY received a call from Kali at 1:30pm - they open at 10am and was told she be there at 10am, I could barely hear her on the phone, it sounded like she was in the middle of the store - all I heard were people and dogs. I said can you go in an office or something I can't hear you, she said I am in the office, I said can you close the door or something she said it was... LIAR. I proceeded to tell her I was angry and upset because of what happened the day before and it was very unprofessional and wanted to know when this training would start and I did say there better be a class next Saturday. Now Kali says "I feel threatened and I will not do a class with you". So it turns out she and the so called manager Holly had me on speaker phone somewhere in that god forsaken store, they were never going to reschedule the class. This crap hole of a store did the exact same thing to a class I registered for before and that is why I was angry!! I swore I would not ever step foot back into a PetSmart 4 years ago after having the so called grooming manager of the Walden location tell my husband and I to f*ck off when we brought our dog in there to have his nails trimmed, stupid me gave them another chance. With the reputation of dogs being injured by this company, the lying, rude, low caliber of employee that they hire? There are way too many options who deserve my business and money!!

When we drop her off now, 7 months later, she hops out of the car and is so excited. She is definitely tired after and sleeps the rest of the day. They also have dog grooming on site which is so convenient. I have never had an issue to this point where I feel uncomfortable about dropping her off. The staff is very nice as is the owner who always speaks highly of our pup. I would recommend Absolute Canine to anyone looking for well structured, reasonably priced doggie daycare.

I come and visit his shop birds all the time and talk to them and they even have a trick that they always show me! It's always a pleasant experience coming in here. He has good feeders for our snakes and has a good selection of fish usually too. There are tons of birds for sale as well. Cooper happened to love one of those samples. When I went in there this time, the owner was out sick and her mom was running the store for her. She unfortunately didn't know what I was talking about, but collected my contact information. A day later, the owner emailed my back with the pictures of the treats. I was really impressed with the service, which is ultimately why I'll be coming back again soon! But I had a completely better experience at Purely Pets because as soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help with anything. So I took her up on that and asked for advice on cat treats. I appreciate that she asked what my cats normally enjoy then made suggestions based off that. The way she was describing the different treats, I could tell she was very knowledgeable on all of them. I also got a few cans of wet cat food and was relieved they had them organized by texture (my cats won't eat puréed), and that they had signs beneath each that made reading the ingredients much easier than squinting at tiny cans. When I cashed out, she also gave me a few samples for my cats to try, including "Inaba irresistible Churu". I wasn't sure if my cats would like a treat like this, but they LOVED it! So now I'm definitely coming back to buy some more of these! Overall I would highly recommend stopping in to Purely Pets, especially if you're looking for recommendations on new food or treats.

So I've been talking my dog the West Seneca location pet supplies Plus for her grooming…read moreapproximately the last year at the very least, I just had a current appointment about a week ago and I thought the grooming went well. The people were nice and it seemed like my dog's haircut was good untill I looked a little closer. I have an American Eskimo dog with a very thick undercoat so most of her appointments average 3 hours because there's lots of brushing and bathing and hair cutting involved. The last three times I've taken my dog to the pet supplies Plus in West Seneca her grooming appointment was finished within an hour and a half. No I didn't think nothing of it at the time. So after her most recent appointment I looked a little closer at her fur and realized that the people grooming my dog and pet supplies Plus was not properly grooming her. They did not brush the undercoat to the point that it got so mad at and my dog is overheating inside her body and I didn't realize it until now. They were not brushing her coat out so after three appointments of bathing and thinking that she's getting her coat brushed out they did not do it and her coat is now matted. And this is a problem for me because now I have to do all the work myself and on top of it I tipped the groomers very generously. I do not like this location and I do not recommend you spend one dime in this location. I've also had other issues in the past they have stolen money from me because the people there are incompetent and way too young. More training is necessary for these younger people. How can I entrust these people with my fur baby. I won't be going to this location anymore I have found other avenues to take.
