The second time, a woman answered and told me she'd call me later that day...she never called. The third time we spoke to a new woman (on speakerphone) who told us the day, date & time of the class and she confirmed our enrollment. We showed up (15 minutes early per their request) and there was one older employee doing agility with her senior dog, she largely ignored us. Then another woman, also an employee, came in asking us what we were doing there. We said we were there for puppy class and wondered where the instructor (and other people/puppies) were. She said that the instructor's Poodle was having surgery that week so there's no way she would have been starting a new class that day. Ridiculous since both my husband and I clearly heard the date & time AND immediately we both set reminders on our phone. We really wanted to take our puppy here since they have a pretty nice looking agility course and their classes included an intro to it, but they're so disorganized. It is clear that the owner(s) and instructors don't communicate too often or too well. I have five friends who recently got puppies and asked me if this place was good and I told them to steer clear from it.

The reviews for Paws Play and Stay are for a different facility than PAWS Canine Activity Center. I'm not sure what I could say about PAWS that my dog Bailey hasn't already said about Fetch 'n Catch (you can read her review under the Yelp listing for Fetch 'n Catch). This place is run by a fun, energetic, dedicated staff of dog-lovers. Their hours are super convenient and the service they provide is unmatched. Before I found Fetch 'n Catch / PAWS, I was paying a local dog walking company over $30 for a thirty-minute walk. For not much more, Bailey gets an entire day of exercise and learning. We reinforce her door manners and commands at home, and she's a much happier dog because of it. It's also really convenient to be able to get Bailey's baths, nail trimmings, and tooth brushings done on her school days. We do our booking online, but you can also call, text, or stop in. I recommend PAWS / Fetch 'n Catch to every dog owner I meet. They are worth their weight in gold!

Found this location online, needed a one day a week daycare for our 4 month old Beagle puppy, and wanted it for his socialization as well. Took him for a meet and greet and he did great (as we expected!), we set up a half day introductory daycare appt and two full days after that, as that is what they require. After the first half day, I was informed at pick up that he wasn't a good fit because he barked during crate time and it was an anxious "attention getting" bark. They offered to try a 2nd half day to try a quieter crating area. Within 1 hour of drop off I was called to pick him up since NOW he was barking during play. I was told to call upon arrival because the door would be locked since they had him secluded in the empty grooming salon, alone. Unbelievable. When someone came to open the door they were carrying our puppy as if to shove him in my arms the moment I entered. I was told he was too anxious for daycare, but was a good dog and not aggressive. I was told he "missed his mommy" when I left and that I should try taking him to public places for socialization, as well as separating from him more often. I was VERY confused since he has been left at a dogsitters home for 2 full weekends in the 2 months we have had him and he did just fine both times for 3 days each time... and they welcome him back. This puppy goes EVERYWHERE... from the park to Home Depot to Target and allll the area pet stores... he's on a first name basis with much of the staff at Cabela's! I would never want my dog to be under any kind of stress, but I would think it is pretty common for ANY puppy to show some kind of anxiety during their first few days of daycare. I am terribly disappointed that nothing was done to try and get our dog acclimated to daycare, and the best option was to resort to putting him in a crate in an empty room alone. Very disappointed that they seemed to quickly dismiss our dog.

My dog had previously been attending a dog daycare with a ton of other dogs that were shortstaffed - he was overwhelmed. Tazito's was a smaller one on one experience with a home setting. Perks of daycare AND being at "home" Ruth is so sweet and really cares - if she's not available there's always someone there. She also sends photos throughout the day! Amazing hours for folks who work not the usual 9-5 or do but have things after work... most daycares close by 6 which can be hard!! Since going I've met other people in the community who use her too, which is great and reassuring. I've even recommended her to some people to check out! So if you're thinking about it - just give her a try and you won't be disappointed!

On my puppy's first morning there she was very hesitant to go with the male co-owner so I asked if he could please text me once she warms up. I'm at work concerned about my puppy so I call and text with absolutely no contact back from the owners. I pick up my puppy early due to their non communication only to find out that my puppy was not fed her breakfast or lunch and that this didn't warrant a phone or text either. I had high hopes for this doggy day care because they stated they prided themselves on the personal attention given to each dog. I felt none of this personalized attention as I only got any information when I picked my puppy up after 9 hours there . That didn't feel very personalized to me. No matter what response and excuses the business owner posts I will continue to feel that the upmost personalized care was not given to my puppy.
