We have boarded our dog many times at other kennels all over the US and never had problems until we used this place. The minimum of care. Our dog came home hoarse from barking. Her blanket was shredded and had been washed but had fleas on it that then infested our car. She had been washed with smelly flea shampoo and was still wet when we picked her up. She is an arctic breed and rarely needs to be bathed. If you have your hair done next door you can hear the dogs constantly crying. It is cruel and heartbreaking.

It was clear from our thorough conversation before booking that our pup would be in great care. They were understanding of our anxiousness at drop off, and gave us so much info at pickup regarding how she did during her stay (including a very cute report card!) Oscar has been my only family, traveling with me for the past 5 years and I care for him very much. As so, it is very hard for me to leave him in the hands of others and NEVER over night.
