We called this place THREE times to enroll our puppy in classes. The first time, a man answered and said he wasn't in the office and that he'd call me back in 10 minutes...he never called back. The second time, a woman answered and told me she'd call me later that day...she never called. The third time we spoke to a new woman (on speakerphone) who told us the day, date & time of the class and she confirmed our enrollment.
We showed up (15 minutes early per their request) and there was one older employee doing agility with her senior dog, she largely ignored us. Then another woman, also an employee, came in asking us what we were doing there. We said we were there for puppy class and wondered where the instructor (and other people/puppies) were. She said that the instructor's Poodle was having surgery that week so there's no way she would have been starting a new class that day. Ridiculous since both my husband and I clearly heard the date & time AND immediately we both set reminders on our phone.
We really wanted to take our puppy here since they have a pretty nice looking agility course and their classes included an intro to it, but they're so disorganized. It is clear that the owner(s) and instructors don't communicate too often or too well. I have five friends who recently got puppies and asked me if this place was good and I told them to steer clear from it. read more
