We absolutely love this place, and so does our dog, Penny! They have multiple facilities for the dogs to be active whether in Day Care, Day School, Boarding, or Training. They also offer programs such as Puppy Pre-school and Puppy Kindergarten. We went on a tour and got to see "behind the scenes" what it's like for our dog to be there. All the staff go through rigorous training to ensure that all dogs and staff stay safe and have fun. It is amazingly clean and so well organized. They regularly take pictures and post videos on their social media feeds so you can see the dogs in action. We are so happy we have joined their family and our girl loves going there! read more

Only now she iz my fren and I lub her. Mahm cried becuz she said Sam made her feel like I could beez a gud gurl. My mahm was freaking owt a bit before she met Sam cuz she sed I wuz out of controlz. But Sam helpeded me. I did Board N Train and re-learneded sum of the things I knowed a long time ago. Mahm wuz so impresseded with the staffz at Fetch N Catch that she signed me up rite away fur the Day Skool. My mahm drahps me off for skool when her haz to goze to work at her jahb. She takes me in at 7 o'clocked in the morning and I get to practice all the thingz my fren Sam taught me, like how to sit at the doorway, walk nicer on my leash, and how to stay. The Day Skool also haz a doggy tredmilz and obstickles. Some of the time I get to do free play and get to eat a frozed Kong. Den my mahm pickz me up at abote 4:30pm. I've worked at Fetch N catch for going on 8 years now maybe? I came from two other daycares and ones that would evaluate your dog within seconds and throw it to the wolves in the entire group. They ignored the overall safety and mental well being of the group of dogs. Because your dog did "fine" they could stay for the day and could come back. Very rarely were dogs ever dismissed for poor behavior, lack of progress, or being Absolutely miserable. Let alone the noise that went on. Just dogs screaming all day long. Only if they punctured another dog was it a problem. Another place I worked at would submissively roll dogs from the day they came in. I didn't know better until I found better. At Fetch N Catch you'll either absolutely admire their priority of making sure daycare is something your dog enjoys, but most importantly, PROGRESSES In Or you'll take it so personally and hate the fact that we discussed that daycare might not be a best fit for your dog. Then you'll go somewhere, much like the other places I've worked at, and be happy that staff lets you know your dog loves it so much! When truly, maybe your dog loves running around causing chaos and comes home tired, but how much of that is actually benefitting your dog? As long as it makes your dog tired, am I right? The goal of having a dog isn't to send them to daycare everyday to make them tired, it's to actual share your life with a creature that deserves more of you, not just the you that wants them to sleep when you're home from work. As dogs owners, we owe our dogs the ability for us to look past our feelings and only choose options and situations that are going to better our dogs. They have NO say in the matter of most things we throw them into nowadays. Your dog deserves you understanding that daycare is not always productive depending on the individual, but don't worry, not only does Fetch have daycare, it also has options for those days that need different And their owners need assistance during the day With them. These days, the average person works a lot and services Like daycare can be helpful. But just because your dog "can" do it, doesn't always mean it should. And Fetch N Catch May be the only place in the area that has the courage to hurt people's feelings by keeping the safety and happiness of dogs in mind. Did I mention that there's like 30+ staff members (so definitely safe ratios unlike the perception of other reviews) ? and that staff are encouraged to read self-help Books and take training classes and learn more than you'd ever expect out of a local daycare? I have 6 dogs. Many who have remained intact and only did daycare as puppies. And I will let you know that after raising 6 puppies, there is no need for your puppy to be at a daycare running around for 8 hours straight. it's unhealthy and is going to create way more problems than you want. But it's all about convenience right? Puppy rotation is something, again, people hate or love. Puppies need to learn how to rest and regulate. But Goodluck getting a handle on a puppy who's been given the opportunity to stay stimulated and occupied all day By other dogs. Maybe some people get lucky ? Either way, I encourage everyone who takes their dog to any daycare, to think about your dogs well being, state of mind and overall safety. Dogs exist On a social spectrum that daycare does not always fit on. And if it does, find a daycare that gives a shit about your dog. I can say that Fetch N Catch has been the best daycare that I have ever been able to experience and it's not just because they sign my paychecks. I had high hopes when taking my new yellow lab puppy here for daycare.... Things started out ok until they starting suggesting that this might not be the right place for him right now. The rationale was explained that they are too large of a facility with too many dogs to deal with him being so playful. My take is they don't have enough staff tool handle the dogs have each day (also why cameras aren't available). My dog was 3-4 months old and active but not even close to viscous or wild. We were told our puppy wasn't welcome back after around a dozen visits. I've used other daycare providers with my late dog and he always came home exhausted even when he was a little puppy. That was not the case here and my dog did not ever come home tired. This leads me to believe the dogs are in crates much more often than you're told. It's nice you can pickup as late as 7pm, however your dog gets put in a crate at 4pm. Bottom line is this IS NOT A PLACE FOR A PUPPY OR PLAYFUL DOG. I was told I could possibly come back when my puppy gets a little older, but no thank you. read more

Very unprofessional. Had a reservation for weeks (as I was going out of town), and they cancelled last minute saying they were booked. They pick and choose what dogs they want. If someone they know makes a reservation after you, you will get the boot. Seems they prefer only purebred dogs. When a friend of mine first had her meet and greet they told her "the dog did very bad"... when she asked why the girl said "oh I don't know, I just got here". Ok so why are you saying the dog did bad??? I feel that they are only looking to accept people who are willing to spend a lot of money and do frequent daycare/training days. I have nothing but wonderful things to report about our experience with Fetch n' Catch and its staff. Our mini-labradoodle has been going to both day care and for grooming since we discovered Fetch n' Catch over 2 years ago. Murphy isn't a "regular" since she's lucky to go to work most days with my husband. But at least 2-3 times a month she gets a chance to play all day with her doggie friends and couldn't be more excited every time. I started going with the play group on Saturdays so I got to see first hand how the staff interacts with the animals while in play. It is clear they are not only able to handle all types of dogs, but do it happily. Every time I come to drop off/pick up I'm greeted pleasantly. Phone requests are happily handled, and the ease of the online day care appointments makes that process a breeze. When it comes to grooming we have tried other places. The staff at Fetch n' Catch call with questions as they arise, and Murphy looks fabulous every time. Murphy has boarded several times and always comes home sleepy and happy from her play time. I read some of the other reviews and can't tell you how different they are from the experiences we have had. Mallory and Dan regularly have updated this location so it is always clean and they appropriately place dogs by size/temperament. I believe that it remains such a great place because they do care about making sure the animals that visit are the right animals for the type of day they can expect during their stay. These dogs learn things (including manners), are clearly loved, and my sweetie can't wait to visit every time we start driving down the bumpy road to Fetch n' Catch. read more

Every one in our family absolutely loves Fetch n' Catch. We have been taking our dogs there since the facility was opened. It's definitely one of the best places in Buffalo for dogs! 1. Overall & Staff - F&C has really found the "All-in-One" Canine Facility and still managed to keep it personal and family owned. It awesome how they integrate fun activities like the year book, Halloween party, and more into the daily activities for the dogs. The customer appreciation, not just for pet owners, but the pets themselves from package discounts to holiday gifts and thank you cards is just awesome. Our dog Otis is at F&C a few times per month to play, socialize, and occasionally get groomed. He always comes home happy and tired! 2. Day Care - Paws down this is one of the best dog day care facilities in WNY. They have indoor and outdoor facilities, they separate the dogs by size and behavior, and they are able to give a dog individual attention when needed. The dog to staff ratio is awesome and we always feel comfortable bringing Otis. 3. Grooming - Firstly, it's extremely convenient to be able to take the dog to day care and then have him groomed before he comes home all at one place. F&C is so accommodating when it comes to grooming. Their grooming staff always does a great job and Otis comes home smelling nice, his nails aren't too short, and the prices are fair. 4. Boarding - It's great that each dog gets a nice well kept clean facility and is allowed to bring his/her own things. The boarding team really does a great job at making sure the dogs are given enough attention while staying along with paying attention to medication, meals, etc. not to mention, while boarding the dogs can get out and play with their regular friends at day care so it's much less stressful for them while they're staying at the facility! 5. Training - The wide variety of training and classes that are available is great. The trainers demonstrate their knowledge and attendees and their family members really get the best value by taking advantage of the training that's available! read more

When you think of a doggy daycare facility you think of a place where your dog can be social, play, and receive basic training to help them develop. However, you soon learn that this facility only wants dogs that perfect, and fit their model of "normal". My puppy started daycare at 4 months, and all was good. My puppy came home happy and exhausted from playing. Upon pick up we would ask how she was doing and was told all was good, she sweet, etc. However, over the past month or so we started receiving phone calls that our puppy did not accept being placed in a crate to relax after playing. She would bark uncontrollably and wouldn't calm down until she was let out of the crate. I was never told that my dog would be crated when I dropped her off for the 4-hour evaluation, nor did I see this printed in the literature I received explaining how they manage dogs. I was told that not crating her is not an option. We were given advice on what to do at home to help this situation, which we acknowledge we were doing. I even sent a text message inquiring if a change in her behavior was being noticed and my wife would inquire when picking up our puppy. All indications were that there was a slight improvement, but more work needed to be done. As a result, we continued to do what was asked of us to help our puppy improve. Soon after this conversation took place we began to notice that our dog was no longer exhausted after spending the day at daycare. Which made me start to question how much time are they actually crating my puppy? Yesterday I received a voicemail and was asked to call the facility. Upon calling I learned that my puppy was being expelled from daycare as she is too social and suffers from the fear of missing out (FOMO). She still gets upset being crated and when let out is so excited to play that now other dogs are bothered by her. She's a six-month-old mini Goldendoodle. She is 20lbs, non-violent, happy puppy, who is very social. That's the breed. The point of daycare is to allow her to play, be social, and burn off energy while learning basic social skills. The final nail in the coffin is that when I arrived to pick up my puppy from her final day at this facility, no one acknowledged me or said hello. The person standing at the register behind the counter, saw me walk in, and dismissed me. Very unprofessional and a direct reflection of owners and how they manage their business. The only words exchanged were from myself asking another worker for my dog. However, a gentleman who walked in behind me was engaged in conversation, while I was waiting for my pet to be brought up front. To the Owners of the Facility there is no need to respond. If this is how you run your business then I am happy to take my business else where. read more

I'm usually not one to leave a negative review, but when I begin to hear very similar experiences with other dogs, I need to speak up. We started out with Puppy Obedience Training (and that worked out great!). Its when we transitioned into Puppy Daycare when things got weird. For starters, there are no cameras so I can't see how our dog is doing throughout the day. We have a Corgi (so, medium sized dog). Anyways, we were told they were afraid that he was going to get "trampled on" by the larger dogs because of his play style. This leads me to believe this facility is over crowded because it was my assumption they separate the dogs into three groups (small, medium, and large). So, why is my dog even with the large dogs? That shouldn't be a concern or reason to get booted out of day care. Then, on two occasions about a week apart, from two completely different staff members we were told it took 45 minutes to get our dog to come inside. It just seemed fishy, and it seemed like a "canned" story. The way things were said was eerily strange. This is what ultimately got our dog kicked out of day care at this facility. Interestingly enough, our dog came down with Kennel Cough during his final days. The best part was that they recommended us to another facility. Just completely backwards in my honest opinion. Here are my conclusion(s): Too many dogs at this facility to handle the capacity. The "Harvard" of Doggie Daycare. If your dog isn't an all star, he won't be accepted at this facility. The first time I came here with my two dogs (at the time) 4 years ago, one of my dogs failed their meet and greet. My female was an old pro at doggie daycare so it was no surprise that she passed but my little Thor, well... he did not. I thought to myself, "Well, aren't they sensitive". Then a week later we had a cable guy at our house and Thor went charging at him, intent on nipping his ankles and my husband had to dive down to catch the little wanna-be biter and then I knew that perhaps *maybe* I did have a jerk dog after all and Fetch-N-Catch does know what they are doing. So anyhow, we've experienced pretty much all of Fetch-N-Catch's services over the years. We employed their in house training for the jerk dog, who wasn't really a jerk, he just was just Napoleon stuck in a cockapoo's body. Meagan was EXCELLENT at helping us teach him some things before his untimely passing due to his cruel autoimmune disease (RIP Thor, you'll always be my baby). I liked her style so much that after Thor passed and we got another puppy I signed up for her puppy training classes over at Fetch-N-Catch. They have a fantastic space over there for those classes, BTW. I've taken 3 different types of puppy training classes over the years at other places and Meagan's were my favorite and the ones my dog actually learned the best at. It could be this dog, he is very smart, but I like to think Meagan has a lot to do that that as well because she is a good teacher. Both my old female cocker and this younger male cocker, Zeus, go here for doggie day care and occasional boarding. Zeus also came here for board and train, a 2 week process where we went away for a vacation but he came here for two weeks to learn some manners, socialization and tricks. It's expensive but worth it! My Mom used to be our in house puppy sitter for Sophie but my Mom passed away suddenly in January, so now Sophie comes here too for boarding. Sophie is a high anxiety dog, she legit takes prozac and I am *very* particular about who watches her because she's like my furry daughter. Only the best for my little girl! I was a little nervous having someone other than my Mom take care of her but so far we've gone away and Sophie's been fine here! She gets to share a kennel with her puppy brother, she gets all her meds like normal, we come home and both her and Zeus are happy and healthy! They get excellent care and plenty of exercise. The staff all seem to know them and they seem to love my babies, so that makes me happy. They make it so easy to make reservations, you can do everything online. Dropping your dogs off is easy and when you pick them up, they take all kinds of payment options. When my dogs are here for boarding I write them out long winded instructions for medications/feeding and I'm positive I look (am) crazy but no one here ever does a side eye and makes me feel that way. So, take it from someone who had them reject a dog before and is still a customer, these people are all coming from the heart and really do care about the dogs well being. If they reject a dog it's because they are looking out for the other dogs, it's not personal and you can't take it that way. I know we all see our own dogs through rose colored glasses (MINE ARE THE BEST!) but I do appreciate that Fetch-N-Catch is always trying to run a healthy, happy environment. I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. After successfully going through the "meet & greet" process, we scheduled our 2 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi for several days of daycare. Unfortunately, our dog picked up canine herpes virus on his mouth and his paws from the sanitary conditions at Fetch & Catch. After many vet visits and vet bills, our vet recommended we remove our dog from daycare and keep him away from other animals until the virus cleared up on its own. Approximately 3 months later, the virus had cleared up and we decided to give Fetch & Catch another try. When trying to schedule him a day of daycare, the person on the phone was extremely rude and insisted our dog had not been to the facility enough in the last few months. I explained that we were forced to remove him from daycare because of a virus he picked up at Fetch & Catch. Ultimately, they allowed us to schedule him for a day of daycare. My dog was very excited to go back to daycare - he runs to the door when we even say the word! He loves hanging out with other dogs and running around all day. I came to pick him up from daycare after work and was very confused at the run around that was given to me by the staff. The two employees behind the counter were whispering about our dog and kept saying to each other "did you tell her yet?" Tell me what? Was my dog injured? Was he bitten by another dog? What could have possibly happened? Finally after about 5 minutes or so, another employee brought our dog out from the back. We were planning on going on vacation in a few months so I tried to inquire about boarding. She then dropped a bomb on me that my dog "isn't really a good fit for the facility." I was absolutely appalled. How could this be? He is the most loving, friendly, and happy pup around. He has been socialized since we picked him up at 8 weeks of age. He regularly attended weekly daycare sessions at another facility in Buffalo. We regularly take him to Knox Farm dog park and Ellicott Creek Dog park. We've even traveled out of town for Pembroke Welsh Corgi meet-ups! I asked her to elaborate and she gave a few quick excuses. She said my dog was "okay" with a small group of dogs, but then seemed "disinterested" when in larger groups of dogs. She said he would often walk the perimeter of the daycare area and "do his own thing" and even "took a nap" at one point during the day. I asked: "Did he show any aggression? How were his interactions with the other dogs?" - again, no explanation. You would think a dog that walks the perimeter and takes naps would be an easy day of work! He's a dog with 3 inch legs - he can't possibly run for 8 hours a day non-stop like some of the larger dogs. The employee then went on to say that our dog "was very rambunctious around the other dogs" and "would be better suited for a different facility in Buffalo." She said our dog would do well at Canine Academy, Camp Bow Wow, or Dog Days of Buffalo. What?! So he's not "good enough" for your daycare, but he'd be just fine at all of these other facilities? The suggestion to take him somewhere else is very contradictory and offensive to not only us but to the other local dog daycare businesses. I understand Fetch & Catch has a business to run and I'm sure they want the best for clients and clients' animals, however, the employees really need to learn how to speak with fur-parents more professionally. I have a feeling that each of these dogs is just seen as another dollar sign (we only wanted to take our dog 1-2 days a week as opposed to 5x a week). I'm fortunate that my dog "wasn't good enough" for this clique like facility because he is getting better service/attention elsewhere. read more

Our Havanese, Peggy, has been coming here for daycare since she was a puppy and she LOVES IT! The staff really do treat the dogs like they are their own and know their stuff! We had Peggy take an obedience class through them and now she does much better with commands and listening to us. Peggy even has a best friend there! Hi! It's not often, if at all, I find extra time to post reviews as we all know what it's like to feel on the clock 24/7. But this review seems long overdo and necessary. You see, any dog mom or dad knows the importance of having their "fur kids" surrounded by love since they give us unconditional love no matter what. Whether we work too much, or have a bad day, they are always there, eager to play or comfort; they just seem "to know" what we need. That Is why finding the perfect place to take them whether it's for training, boarding, grooming or all the above is so important. My bet recommended FetchnCatch to me when Larry was just 9 months old. Now, Larry was only 6 months old when COVID hit, so his puppy days consisted of lounging around and harassing his brother Chuck. It didn't take long for Larry to become the nuisance little brother and doing all the naughty things BORED KIDS DO. GOOD Bye couch cushions, shoes, and let's not forget 16 (YTD) television remote controls!! Ugh.. oh, AND Larry is also an introvert. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING terrified him. When I first brought him to the day school it took MONTHS for him to get with the program. He being stubborn, if he didn't want to participate, HE DID NOT. Yet, the staff never gave up on him. In the summer of 2021 I arranged for board and train with Sam. It was a hard decision between Sam and Mariah, they both seemed like great choices, but Sam won.(or did she..) Anyway, Larry is still learning but came home with more confidence and I could tell he was proud of himself. The bottom line is this place treats your pet like their own. They talk to them and about them with respect, understanding and honesty and they are so patient. If you yourself or anyone you know ever needs or wants a place for your four legged family member, don't go anywhere else! Full service dog boarding, day care, grooming and I believe training. I use them for boarding for my small dog. I toured and received recommendations for this facility before dropping my little guy off over the weekend and so far they've lived up to the hype. I can usually tell when my dog has had a bad experience when I pick him up from boarders. He's very slow to move, timid and seems fearful....each time I've picked him up after Fetch n' Catch he's his normal ball of energy self. I also enjoy that they pay close attention to what and how much he eats since my pup is a social eater and won't eat alone, they they have an indoor pool (with life vests for all size dogs), and he can have 1 on 1 time with the staff for a few extra dollars. read more

I was extremely disappointed with both mine and my dog's experience with the operating procedures at Fetch n' Catch. I was recommended this place by a neighbor, so I was under the impression this would be a healthy and positive experience for my dog. Unfortunately, that was not the case after his trial day. I was informed after his meet and greet that he was "very needy" and needed to be more comfortable with being in a crate for a few times a day. I have been trying to work with him on this at home, and tried following their advice more closely, as it was recommended to me in preparation for his trial day. I dropped him off today at 10:45 in hopes he would have a good experience. At 11:35, I received a call saying my dog was having "issues" being at daycare. Specifically, I was told he had "busted through a gate" and was "overstimulated," while somehow simultaneously he was "not engaging with the other dogs" and isolating himself due to "having bad separation anxiety." This resulted in him having to be put in a crate for an extended period of time all by himself. It was explained to me that he needed to "better trained" to be able to go to this facility. I was very upset by this because I make it a priority to ensure my dog is not running amok in shared spaces like this, especially in situations with other dogs. He is very polite around new people and LOVES playing with other dogs, so acclimating to new faces can't the big issue, here. I'm frustrated with the staff because neither one of us was adequately supported today in ensuring he had a positive experience. I should have been called IMMEDIATELY after the gate incident happened, which was indicated to have happened very soon after I dropped him off. There was no consistency to their timeline of events, which is incredibly frustrating. I wish that this was the end of our unfortunate experience, but no - it continued further after this. By the time I was able to return to pick him up (12:30), he wasn't even in the building, ready to go; I had to wait for someone to go get him. While waiting, I asked to see the main room the dogs were in and I was very disappointed. It was essentially a large warehouse room with canvas dividers and very few things to engage the dogs (i.e toys, obstacles, etc.). In addition to this, my dog - who is medium-sized, but only 11 months - was placed with the larger, older, aggressive dogs without my permission. No wonder he was uncomfortable, he should have been placed with the appropriate age group! Or at the very least, the group of medium-sized breeds. In addition to that, when he was not isolated in a crate, he was kept with about 18 other dogs, which is confusing to me because I was told there would be a 10:1 ratio of dogs to staff within each group, regardless of size. If you have up to **95** dogs on site each day, as I was told there was, then there needs to be a more appropriate level of staff to maintain order with the dogs in their care. While waiting, I asked two different staff members for an explanation as to what happened and, and only got the runaround each time: everyone kept repeating the same gemeric, contradictory stories, and brushed off what I feel are valid concerns. After everything I asked I kept getting an inauthentic response that did not make me feel comfortable. Ever since I brought my dog home he has not been himself: he has been anxious and subdued, and behaving out of character in a way I can only attribute to the treatment he received today. This is the best dog care, day care and kennel there is. We used two previous play time and kennel places before finding this one. Our dog was never happy entering the other places, but was always excited to run straight in the door here. The meet and greet is very important as they will not admit aggressive dogs for playtime. They are very thorough with their dog evaluation. They are also great with all your dog's special needs, special food requirements and so on. Do not discount that there is an emergency vet less than 2 minutes away. Our dog suffered a medical emergency on his seventh stay here and they cared for him and immediately took him to the vet while we were away. read more

I brought my 8 month old for a "Meet 'n Greet" prior to my reservation to board her for 8 days. They told me "she wasn't a good fit" for their facility. I asked them to elaborate, because 1) my dog has been going to Dog Days of Buffalo 2-3 times/week since she was 11 weeks old 2) she spends days with me at the very busy animal hospital I work at 3) she is and always has been very submissive, rolling onto her back/exposing her belly/licking other dogs on the mouth upon first greeting (my degree is in Animal Behavior and I have experience in the Behavior Modification department at the SPCA, and I am constantly aware of my dog and her behaviors.) The girl who did the Meet 'n Greet offered a few excuses that did not make sense. Said my pup "paced the facility/seemed disinterested in the dogs," then contradicted and said "she has a very in your face play style, she'd be better at a small facility." I said that didn't make sense, explained her background, and she pulled me aside and said that Dog Days has equal sized play groups, and "you know how people have a perception on pit bulls, I know cause I have one at home." Upon looking through their photos I could not find a single pit bull, most of their clientele are pure bred, paid a fortune for AKC, not many or any mixed breeds/rescue type dogs. Needless to say I have been and always will continue to deter clients at work and friends from Fetch and Catch for perpetuation the stereotype that pit bulls are vicious and unwelcome. We have a very energetic Vizsla puppy. She loves attending their daycare and playgroups. She's actually tired when she gets home from daycare which makes her very well behaved and makes me a very happy customer. I feel they are very trustworthy, knowledgeable and all the staff are very friendly. We also rented their space to throw our puppy her first birthday party. They even had doggie cupcakes available for purchase! I have purchased items from their retail section and found their products to be reasonably priced. We haven't tried their pool, grooming, boarding or classes yet but this place is really turning out to be a great one stop shop with all of your dog's needs being met under one roof. read more

We have a miniature husky and took him in for an "evaluation" where they let him in to see the other dogs for 20 minutes - not enough time for a dog to acclimate and calm down from being excited to play. He was rejected because, while he's great with other dogs and loves to play, he barks, in true husky nature. But of course they didn't hesitate to charge us for the 20 mins. The most unfortunate part is that there's almost no competition in the area so this is the only daycare option around. If you have a dog that's playful, excited or has any sort of personality, don't even bother. read more

My 2 spoiled little dogs seem to really love this place. In the past, when I've traveled, I always left my 2 dogs with my parents- but they are getting older & their 2 cats were honestly stressed over my dogs visiting. So, I decided to try a kennel. My dogs had never been to daycare, or a kennel, and were older (one 4 the other 10) & small... & I was quite worried that they would hate being there- Couldn't be further from the truth. At this point (after numerous stays) my dogs bark & whine all happy & excited when I pull up to the place & actually pull on their leashes to get in. My girls barely look back at me to say goodbye when I drop them off. The dogs are clean & happy when I pick them up. They don't stink like drool (or worse). The place is very clean. I love that you can add on walks & other services to the stay. I always have my dogs get the 1/2 hour (one on one) daily nature walk. Even if they don't really need the exercise (because they spend the day in small dog play group)- I really want them to get that personal individual attention & alone time with a person. The staff makes sure they get fed the food I bring and are given any medications necessary. The staff also makes sure they eat (one of my girls is super picky- but she works up an appetite at Fetch n Catch with all the play- so she apparently eats without any fuss at the kennel). The place is super clean, the hours are convenient- & the staff carefully screens the dogs that stay at Fetch n Catch (to avoid stress & conflict among the dogs, spread of parasites, etc) and I couldn't be happier with Fetch n Catch for my boarding needs. Fetch n' Catch does such a great job - we've got two dogs, our bigger one being very anxious/high maintenance, but she always seems to do so well at Fetch n' Catch. They staff there are dedicated professionals and have maintained a clean, safe facility for the dogs to play/sleep/eat. Having two dogs, Fetch n' Catch will allow them to share a kennel when boarded (for some reason, a few of the kennels we called before learning about Fetch n' Catch didn't allow that), which made us feel better knowing they were together. On our last visit, the dogs were both on medication (nothing contagious or problematic for other dogs), and the staff was really good about giving them their regular medication so they never missed a dose. We're very glad we found Fetch n' Catch, it makes it easier on both of us to know we are leaving the dogs in good hands when we are out of town. read more

My review is about the trainer Meaghan. She is awesome! I can't sing her praises enough. Let me preface by saying that I am very tough to please, so saying how great she is carries more weight. In the past, I worked with a few trainers that didn't work out. They were either too cookie cutter, lacked experience, dishonest or personalities didn't match. Meaghan is a confident dog trainer and she has good instincts. She is friendly, passionate about her work and she genuinely cares and wants to help. I came in with a German shepherd rescue with reactivity issues. With her training, my crazy shepherd has really come around, I am happy to say that he has drastically improved and he is now close to being a model dog. The reactivity is pretty much gone and his obedience is also coming around. I no longer dread taking my dog out on walks and he is also enjoying his life more. read more

Our family absolutely loves Fetch and Catch! Our Pug,Gordie gets so excited at the mere mention of the place. As soon as we pull into the parking lot he get so excited. When we pick him up he is exhausted after a day of play. The staff is awesome, it's really easy to tell that these folks love what they do. Always a friendly greeting at drop offs and pick ups. I have used fetch n catch for both grooming and boarding. After dropping my dog off today for a bath & nails/ears done when I kicked him up he was fully shaved. Yes fully shaved in December. They claim there was a miscommunication which there may have been. The problem I have it was happened when I picked my dog up. At no point did they apologize and actually were very sarcastic when I asked them what am I going to do now. They responded with well I can't put his hair back on. The girl continued to say she would check to see who booked the appointment which is totally irrelevant. My dog is shaved so close that he actually has cuts on his underside. When my wife reached out to the owner she did nothing but refund the $100 and continued to put the blame on us saying we don't know know what a groom is. I'm sorry but I don't work at a groomers. You would think the person who works there would confirm what was being done at the time of drop off which never happened. During covid I go out of my way to support local family run business. However when that business is rude and doesn't care about their customers concerns then I will look elsewhere and you should too. read more

I haven't had a lot of experience with kennels, but Fetch n' Catch came highly recommended by my neighbors. It's convenient to where I live, but now if I moved, I would still utilize them. The staff is always professional and courteous. They take the time to answer any questions I have. I've boarded my dog there and also take her there for day care periodically (which I never knew existed for dogs). It gives her a chance to work off energy and mingle with other dogs. Building is kept very clean and there is plenty of room for them to work off their energy. Always comes home tired out from a long day of play. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I rescued my Redbone Coonhound (Little Man) in October of 2014. He was in terrible physical and mental condition, and just needed a lot of vet care and TLC. I brought Little Man to a local doggy daycare to get him socialized, but never quite felt comfortable when he was there. Each day when I picked him up, the staff would criticize his behavior and tell me that he would never be a good dog. Then I happened across the Fetch n' Catch sign while driving down Transit Road. I decided that it might be a good idea to stop in and inquire. The staff at Fetch n' Catch was so helpful and friendly. I got a tour, and was so pleased with the cleanliness and efficient design. I scheduled a meet and greet for Little Man, and he passed with flying colors. I knew he would, because he loves other dogs and has a sweet and loving demeanor. The more Little Man attended daycare at Fetch n' Catch, the more I realized how much the staff truly cares for all of the dogs, as if they were their own. Dan and Mallory are very friendly and more than willing to listen and respond to my questions and concerns regarding Little Man. Words just can't express how much Little Man and I love Fetch n' Catch. When I go to work each day, I am so comfortable in the knowledge that Little Man is being cared for by the best daycare and most incredible staff in Buffalo. Little Man attended basic obedience training, and I was so pleased with the results. The trainer was patient and helpful. I have used the grooming facility (Best Groomer's in Buffalo!), and am extremely happy with the results each and every time. I boarded Little Man with Fetch n' Catch on two occasions. I was comforted by the fact that there is a staff member at the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I was able to call to check on Little Man, although I knew in my heart that he was just fine and having a great time! I could just go on forever about how happy I am to have found Fetch n' Cath. Little Man just turned two years old and he is quite the gentleman, and such a happy dog. I attribute the majority of this to Fetch n' Catch. We have truly found a second home. We love Fetch N Catch. The facilities are clean and bright, the space for the dogs is very large. They have exercise all day long and lots of space to run and play. They even have a pool for the dogs! Dan and Mallory are very nice and accommodating and have kept the dogs longer when we couldn't make it there on time. Great staff! I have even had them do training time while she was boarding. I love the Meet and Greet to help the dogs who have high energy like our puppy be together and our older dog who just wants to rest and be loved won't be bothered with the other more active dogs.
