We were lucky enough to take obedience classes, fun workshops, and the "University" day school (combo of personalized training & doggy playtime/daycare) with our golden retriever, Midas. All the instructors and assistants are fantastic! Supernova has a gorgeous facility and all instruction is based on positive reinforcement and helping your dog to make good choices. They do an excellent job explaining what each baby step is meant to solidify--so that you as a human aren't tempted to skip a step and then wonder why your dog hasn't consistently followed through with their obedience skills. Classes are usually small (and/or have assistants to help) so that your dog gets 1-on-1 time to help with any issues you're working through. While training and practice is a lifetime thing, we have noticed impressive success with Midas' training and get compliments on his behavior considering his young age. We could not have done that without the help of Noelle, Kim, and the rest of the Supernova team.

It is not close to me but I decided to go anyway. I got the gravels and plant, then went to get the gold fish. I wanted the cheapest kind just in case it doesn't work out. The attendant was nice, she let me pick the colors. I kept apologizing that for 29 cents a fish I was probably asking too much, but she didn't mind. When I checked out I realized I forgot to get fish food, the cashier went to get a can for me. Overall, I had a great experience at this store.

We showed up (15 minutes early per their request) and there was one older employee doing agility with her senior dog, she largely ignored us. Then another woman, also an employee, came in asking us what we were doing there. We said we were there for puppy class and wondered where the instructor (and other people/puppies) were. She said that the instructor's Poodle was having surgery that week so there's no way she would have been starting a new class that day. Ridiculous since both my husband and I clearly heard the date & time AND immediately we both set reminders on our phone. We really wanted to take our puppy here since they have a pretty nice looking agility course and their classes included an intro to it, but they're so disorganized. It is clear that the owner(s) and instructors don't communicate too often or too well. I have five friends who recently got puppies and asked me if this place was good and I told them to steer clear from it.

Blue Cross would not schedule the appointment unless I paid in advance over the phone which made a tough phone call even harder. I gave them my credit card, made the appointment and sadly put my dog down. Today I received notice that Caine and Weiner company aka Blue Cross reported me to collections for a bill that I had paid in advanc3 of my appointment. Now I will have to fight the credit agencies and Blue Cross because they made a mistake and didn't apply my advance payment to the bill. When I left the appointment they never said I owed anything, when I picked up my dogs remains they never said I owed anything. On top of all of this I had spent thousands of dollars in vet bills for my dogs yeast ear infections that they were never able to cure, just billed me time and again for each appointment and never resolved the issue. Worst vet experience ever. Stay away. Keep youe receipts if you do use them.
