Have been taking my Sheltie here regularly! They always do a great job with his long fur and double coat. I usually make an appointment for him a couple weeks out and when I drop him off he'll be done with a full groom (and all the fixings--teeth, nails, ears, anal glands...etc) in a couple of hours! Price is super reasonable as well!

We are new to the area and have a large golden retriever puppy who desperately needed to get groomed! After lots of searching i found this place and went for it! Couldn't be happier with the results and friendliness of the staff! My dog is a handful and is big also with it being her first time i was nervous but they showed so much patience and kindness! Will be going back!

Sammy my 11 year old Cockapoo loved Bark Avenue! Today was his first visit after being with the same groomer his whole life in Boston, Mass. Megan and the entire Bark Avenue pet salon deserve 5 stars. Welcoming, clean, caring and nurturing is how I would describe this grooming salon. My dog usually gets so anxious and is ready to SCRAM when I pick him up. But, not this day...he was so happy and relaxed and did not even seem to want to leave Megan, the owner/groomer! So relieved to find a nice place to take my precious dog!

Bark Avenue is an excellent place to get your dog groomed. Our dog is a rescue and does not like being groomed at all (he had to be groomed under an aesthetic when he was rescued), but he comes away with a big dog smile on after being groomed at Bark Ave. Meghan, one of the owners, worked with Teddy and he is calm, relaxed, and looks and smells great! This is a great local business to support that is stress free and relaxing for both pups and owners.

Wonderful experience--fit me in the day before and was done in a couple hours. Asked all the right questions beforehand and while booking--breed info, coat, etc...and were very personable, used my name, remembered me from my call etc. --this is my favorite local city groomer so far of the three that I've been to and by and far the best experience. A+, highly recommend!

ClubPawsh - ClubPawsh grooming of Miko

My Shiba Inu Miko had his first grooming today with ClubPawsh! I would definitely recommend anyone…read morewho needs their dog groomed to contact Cassondra to find out her availability. My Miko has anxiety and he was nervous for his first grooming session, but Cassondra made sure to take time with him and try to curb his anxiety. Things I love about her service? Everything! The service is top of the line, with a mobile service van that comes directly to your house and your pet is groomed inside. She even takes the time to send you updates and pictures throughout the grooming experience so you can see the progress and find out if anything worrying (like Miko's anxiety) is going on. Cassondra pays extra attention to the pets and knows when they have reached their limit which happened when it was time for Miko's nails to be trimmed and his ears to be cleaned. We definitely will need to work on desensitizing him to those things, but overall I am impressed with Cassondra's service and her patience with my little guy. Miko came out smelling like a new dog with super soft fur! I didn't even know his fur could be that soft! We will definitely be booking again to help Miko progress and make grooming a fun relaxing experience. Oh and did I mention? Cassondra also grooms cats! She also will have a "grooming" party if there are multiple pets on the same street (or if you just want your friends to hang out while all the pets get groomed) ! However keep in mind there will be a limit as to how many pets she will be able to groom in a day, based on size and how well they are while being groomed. Definitely spoil your pets and try ClubPawsh, it is worth it for your pet to have a great spa day, while getting clean and making friends with their new groomer!

We have been coming to Dog Days of Buffalo for various reasons for a while now. They have an…read moreamazing facility! It's clean and fresh smelling with the best doggie day carers around. When you enter, there are two big screen TVs so you can see your pet on one of them. Our Maisie had a blast going to "school" for half-days when it was winter and she needed to run around more than in our house. When we would pick her up, they'd announce, "I need Teeny Maisie from Small Dogs" and we could see all the small dogs run for the exit with JUST Maisie being brought to us! The dogs are SO SO happy. And a GOOD dog is a TIRED dog. We had Janelle for a couple of training classes, and she knows her stuff. We got excellent training and tips from Janelle - she was authoritarian and organized, and gave individual attention as needed. Highly recommend! Lastly, yes, there's more, we have had wonderful grooming done at DDB. Always a great job on grooming, very happy. This is a great business and we will continue to support them.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience at this grooming facility. After what…read morehappened to my dog, I will never bring her back, and I strongly encourage other pet owners to thoroughly check their pets after every grooming appointment. My dog was groomed by Carly on Saturday, 9/19/26. During the grooming, the hair between my dog's toes was cut, and her skin was clipped in at least two areas. The attached picture clearly shows the injuries and blood. What is even more upsetting than the accident itself is how the situation was handled afterward. Accidents can happen, and I am a very understanding person. What I expect, however, is honesty, accountability, and communication. I was not informed that my dog's skin had been cut. Had Carly or the staff told me immediately, I could have started treating the affected areas much sooner. Instead, I had to email the clinic on Sunday 9/20/26 evening to request an appointment with the veterinarian because I was concerned about the injuries. I was advised to apply ointment until she could be seen. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment I could get with the actual veterinarian was 10/5/26. My dog was able to go in and see a technician on 9/21/26 for other services, but I still had to wait to have the veterinarian properly evaluate the injuries. I also contacted Chelsie, the store manager, about what happened. Rather than receiving an apology and accountability, I felt that she was defensive and more focused on defending her staff. I was also told that my dog's allergies were to blame. Regardless of whether my dog has allergies, that does not explain away the fact that her skin was visibly clipped and bleeding. If my dog's skin was accidentally cut during grooming, I should have been informed immediately. Unfortunately, this was not my first frustrating experience with this location. We had just moved to Buffalo from Derby and brought our dog there for her first appointment on 8/1/26. At that appointment, I asked to schedule her next grooming six weeks later. Leo, the staff member I dealt with on 8/1, told me that he scheduled her for 9/12/26. When we expected to bring her in, my dog was not on the schedule. I was then given the impression that someone else had forgotten to put her appointment on the calendar, even though Leo was the person who had scheduled it with me. As a result, we had to wait another week and didn't get her back on the schedule until 9/19/26. After everything that has happened, the lack of accountability and communication has completely destroyed my trust in this business. The grooming accident itself could have been an unfortunate mistake. The way it was handled is what I find unacceptable. If Carly accidentally clipped my dog's skin, I should have been told the same day. Instead, I discovered the injury afterward and had to take the initiative to contact the clinic myself. I will never take my dog back to this location. I strongly recommend that every pet owner carefully inspect their dog's entire body--including between the toes--after leaving any grooming facility. Do not assume that you will be informed if something goes wrong. My dog's safety and well-being come first, and based on my experience, I no longer have confidence in this facility.
